Sierra woke up, way after Ramin did, and felt a lot better. Ramin was nowhere in sight and Sierra immediately felt lonely.

She slumped down in the bed and crossed her arms, not sure what to do. In fact, there was literately nothing she could do in a freakin hospital.

Seconds later, Ramin walked in. "Hey Sierra, are you feeling better?" She nodded with a weak smile, happy that she had some entertainment for now. "Do you want to see anyone?" Sierra shook her head.

Ramin nodded and sat back on the bed, holding her hand. "I love you." He sighed, kissing her hand for about the billionth time.

Then the nurse walked in and smiled at the couple. "Well, Ramin, I'm glad to see that you have your smile back. I'm just here to give you this, Sierra." She handed her a small plastic cup with a milky looking substance in it. Sierra smelt it and cringed. "Yes, it doesn't smell or taste the best, but it will help you get your voice and strength back."

Sierra nodded as the nurse left. She couldn't help but stare at the liquid for a few minutes before chugging it down. Once Sierra was done, she gagged a bit.

"Do you want to see the kids?" Ramin offered once Sierra got the awful taste put of her mouth. She nodded eagerly with a weak smile on her face. "I'll call Hadley and tell him to being them over. And I'll let it be a surprise that you're awake." Ramin grinned cockily and dialed his number. After his conversation was over, he turned back to Sierra.

"Are you feeling okay?" Sierra nodded and gave off another weak smile. Just as she did, she felt an excruciating pain in her chest. She clutched her chest and leaned over, while Ramin pressed the nurses button a bunch of times.

Like she said, the nurse was there in seconds, giving Sierra some medicine to take away the pain. "While you're here, that might happen a lot. But as long as you keep putting cream on and taking medicine, it should go away." Sierra nodded and she left again.

Only moments later did the kids run in and Sierra immediately enveloped them in a hug. "Mommy!" They all chimed, tears in their eyes.

"Mommy-" Ethan sputtered out, laughing and clapping his hands together from where he rested on Ramin's hip. Sierra held out her arms and Ramin handed him to her, and she hugged him as tight as she could.

Sierra mouthed, 'I love you' to them all, and they smiled replying at once, "we love you too."
