We finished the last sip of our coffees and then started walking out of the shop. I quickly went to the ladies room and then met Michael outside. He suddenly handed me my phone.

"What? Why did you have that?"

"Check your contacts." He said with a smile.

I opened up my contacts and found the name Michael Clifford with a heart next to it and a giant smiley emoji. Clifford. Good to know.

I giggled a little too loudly which caused the people on the streets to look at us. "This is adorable!" I yelled pulling him in for a hug. We pulled away after five seconds and I looked down at the ground blushing. "Sorry." I whisper laughed biting my bottom lip.

"Why?" He seemed clueless

"Because I barely know you and practically just jumped on you." I said slowly raising my head to meet his fascinating green eyes. He laughed and just ignored the moment.

"It's getting chilly out, don't you think?" He took off his black coat that he had put on earlier and wrapped it around me along with his arm.

"Why thank you Michael Clifford." I said trying to sound very posh and sophisticated.

"Why your welcome Ms. Maddie- wait I don't know your last name.'

"Carlton." I said happily.

"Ms. Maddie Carlton." He said with a bid wide smile. Which of course caused a couple giggles to come out of my mouth. That's when I remember my mom was going to be home. I checked my phone it was 5:23

"Shoot!" I yelled a little louder than necessary.

"What!?" Michael said looking panicky.

"My mom's home. Thanks for the coffee! Maybe you could come over sometime." I gave him a quick wink and smirk as I walked backwards slowly then turned around running back to my car.
