Shoto, iida, Kirishima, shoji - Cops
Izuku - a private investigator that's secretly a massive crime boss.
Bakugou - also a private investigator. Was a crime boss, but retired after an incident.
Denki - Owns the Kaminari bar that criminals go to.
Sero - a friend of kaminaris.
Jiro, Uraraka, Tsuyu, Hagakure - provide music, entertainment and are waitresses at the Kaminari bar.
Kirishima - Bakugous friend. Helps out part time at Kaminaris bar and helps with gossip.
Shoji - One of the guards who checks ID at the bar. Part time boxer.
Momo, Tokoyami - famous detectives.
Mina - kirishimas friends and a famous boxer.
Shigaraki - a member of the big Mafia.
Chisaki - a member of the big mafia
Dabi - a member of the big Mafia.
Toga - a member of the big Mafia. Had an obsession with izuku.

Claire - A singer for kaminaris bar, also a prostitute. Has a son named daiki. Bakusous ex lover, broke up after an incident. Now every time they meet, they just argue and fight.
Willow - a begger. Has no real past, us unknown by most.
Daisy-Rose - a Member of the Mafia. Is known by only a few people.
Ryoto - a cop who helps out Claire.
