Time Passages (Queen or Freddie Mercury Fanfic)

Good News, Everyone!

For those of you familiar with this line from Futurama, you know exactly how ambiguous the meaning of "Good news, everyone!" can be when it falls from Professor Farnsworth's dried up lips. More often than not, the news is actually bad rather than good. And as it so happens, I have a bit of both for you today.

Bad news first: I will no longer be updating Time Passages.

Seriously.

I'm not kidding.

You keep expecting me to say "Gotcha!" but you're wrong.  I mean it this time.  April Fool's Day was Monday.  No more Time Passages.  Period. 

BUT the good news is, I will be starting the third book very shortly, beginning with a chapter in John's POV.  Consider it basically a Time Passages, Part II, if anything- or In the Year of the Cat 3. 

Thought you were rid of me, didn't you?  Not yet, darlings!  I've only just BEGUN!!!!!

BWA-HA-HA-HAAAAAA!

But anyway.

Needless to say, this story- although by this point it's more like some weird soap opera that just won't die, like Days of our Lives, Young and the Restless, or Star Wars (Tee hee!)- is not over yet.  There's still so much more left to tell, so much more these fools have yet to accomplish. 

But the main plot of Time Passages is going to change so drastically thanks to Julia and Freddie being well on their way to relationship recovery (so far) and John officially entering the picture as a soon-to-be central character, not to mention the increasingly difficult issue of Freddie having to decide between the two worlds he's straddling at the moment- that I just thought it would be less messy and make a lot more sense to create a whole new book.  What's more, something about a story on Wattpad having over one hundred chapters just makes me twitch.

Three ITYOTC installments. Good Lord, what have I done. XD

So, I will let you know (because Wattpad sure won't) when I post the first chapter of Riptide, which is the pending title for the new book.  I hope this won't bother too many people, but it's just a personal organizational preference of mine to break it up this way. 

Again, thanks for half a million reads between both my books, and for all the votes, comments (which I will respond to tonight, I swear I don't mean to seem to be ignoring you when I don't respond right away!) and follows!

One more thing: I am having trouble deciding what kind of cover I should give the new book- as in, who should be in it, and what pose.  Not asking people to do the art for me, as I prefer to draw them myself- but if you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!
