Chapter 2

Mika'sPOV

After a while of jumping buildings, the turtles jumped down into an ally way, Purple walked over to a manhole, opened it up and jumped inside, followed by everyone else.

it didn't smell as bad as I thought down here, it was a really musty smell, but I could handle that, it took awhile to get to our destination, there were many bumps, twists and turns.

but we finally stopped in front of a brick wall, I looked at them and they just smiled, before Red grumpily pulled down a leaver to our left, and the brick wall opened apart, revealing a hide out.

it had a T.V, couch, kitchen and many rooms, it was like and awesome base, my eyes widened in excitement, "Mikey, get Master Splinter" Blue said, the one known as Mikey smiled and handed me to Blue, before running of into a random room.

I looked up at blue, he smiled down at me, "I found him" Mikey yelled out, he walked out of the room, followed by a giant RAT, my eyes widened slightly, Blue must of noticed because he tightened his grip on me, in an almost loving brotherly way.

The rat looked at the turtles, "you know not to bother me while I'm meditating" he said, he had a strange, but wise voice, "I'm sorry Sensei, but Leo has something to show you" Purple said.

The rat's eyes widened slightly, the other turtles moved out of the way, so that Blue could get through, the rat's eyes landed on me, he sighed, "how many times have I told you, not to communicate with humans" he said annoyed, "that's what I said" Red spoke up.

"But look at her" Blue said, showing the rat my face, his eyes widened and he slowly walked over to me, "she can stay" Mikey fist pumped the air, "on ONE condition" we all went silent as the Rat continued.

"She must answer one question", I nodded, so the rat walked closer to me and asked " how do we know that we can trust you", I looked at him with my sad purple eyes and answered truthfully.

"You don't" I said, his eyes widened, apparently not expecting that answer from a child, "what do you mean" he asked, "you just met me, so of course you wouldn't know whether to trust me or not, I could of told you a lie or of said a different answer, but it wouldn't of changed anything, to you I am a stranger, so of course you wouldn't know whether to trust me or not, THAT is my answer" I said.

I could feel everyone's eyes widen at my answer, the rat chuckled, "she can stay" everybody cheered, "but what is your name, young an yet wise one" he continued.

"yours first", he chuckled again, " My name is Master Splinter, but you can call me Master or Sensei" he then whispered into my ear "or maybe even father" my eyes widened at this.

he chuckled and slowly walked back to his original position in the room, " ok now can we introduce ourselves" Purple asked, I nodded, so Blue set me down on the couch.

"Well, my name is Leonardo, but you can call me Leo, I am the eldest of this group, besides Sensei" I nodded, "I'm Mickelangelo, but everybody calls me Mikey, I'm the youngest".

"My name is Donatello, but you can call me Donnie, I'm the brains of this group and the second youngest", and last but not least, Mr ray of sunshine himself, "My name is Raphael, you can only call me Raph when I know that I can trust you, I am the strongest and the second eldest" he said, or bragged, "and were the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles" Mikey blurted out.

I slowly stood up of the couch, I was instantly flooded with complaints, "you should stay down" Donnie asked worriedly, I smirked and lifted my cloak up slightly, only to show them that my swelling had already gone down, they all gasped, including The Rat.

"My name is Mika and I guess you could say that I'm kinda like you, but I'm not a mutant, I was born like this" I said sadly, " born like what" Mikey asked.
