I am so sorry for not updating in like, two months. My session A online course has been kicking my butt. Also, since I am getting close to preparing for my final project of college and I want to give y'all more than 2,000 words once in a blue moon, I am going to change the update schedule to sporadic updates. Thanks for reading this long!

"Mean stepmom!" Jaq rushed past the now-tiny Aqua and Aria. "Gotta help Cinderellie." He whipped around, trying to find the fastest way to his first human friend.

Aria gave a forlorn sigh as she glanced down at her palms, mumbling with a pout, "Tiny again..."

Aqua promptly ignored this and approached the mouse, "Are you ok?"

"Oh!" Jaq whipped around to face Aqua, "Cinderella's stepmother locked her in her own room. I've gotta get to her! I've gotta save Cinderellie!"

Aqua returned his determined expression and summoned her keyblade, "Let us help you."

Jaq gasped and pointed at the keyblade with wide eyes, "That's just like Ven-Ven's! Did you ever meet 'em?" That was when Jaq noticed the blonde female behind Aqua and cheered, "You're alright! We were worried 'bout ya, Aria! We lost track of ya when we headed through the mouse hole." Aqua gave an confused look to Aria, who rubbed her arm with a tentative laugh, "You were with Ven?"

"Yeah," Aria addressed Jaq first, " I ended up running into a couple of monsters and somehow found myself outside, where Aqua found me." She then hesitantly faced the mother of the group, "Yeah, Ven found me on a different world. We stuck together for a bit here before I ran into trouble."

"Why didn't you take him home?" Aqua scolded, before her eyes widened in slight anger, "Wait, YOU weren't supposed to leave either! You gave him the idea to!"

"Heh, really?" Aria tried to feign innocence, cowering a bit at the mother-friend's wrath.

Aqua hummed in affirmation as she placed her hands on her hip, glaring at the child.

Aria laughed nervously and desperately asked Jaq, "Hey, so you wouldn't happen to know where Ven went, right?"

Jaq answered easily, "He's looking for a friend- another friend."

Aqua and Aria glanced at each other. Terra.

The noise from downstairs finally reached their ears, "I can't understand why! I always fit perfectly before!"

The Duke's voice commanded, "I've had quite enough of this. The next young lady, please."

"Oh no! Hear that?!" Jaq jumped, "We've gotta hurry! Cinderellie's gotta try on that slipper! Come on, come on!" When he tried to run to the mouse hole though, an unversed sped into view right in front of him. The unversed didn't get too far though because of single cast of thunder striking it into dust.

Aria had her own keyblade drawn now, a hand outstretched from the spell she cast. With a smirk, she whipped her keyblade to her side, "Leave this to us, Jaq. You don't lose that key!" Aqua gave Jaq her own nod, prompting him to head towards the mouse hole. Unversed in the shape of boots hopped into existence around them as well as Floods and a few Bruisers barrelling in.

"Aria!" Aqua ran in, grip on keyblade tight.

"Yup!" Aria slid in after her, opting to take the left whereas Aqua went right.

Aria quickly got rid of three Floods from her initial slide into the fight and was quick to whip around and beat on the Bruiser. Aqua immediately summoned gravitas to pull a handful of her group of unversed together before hacking away at them swiftly. The blonde cast fira in the face of the bruiser, finally disposing of it before flipping back to avoid a small crowd of Shoegazers stomping towards her. The gravitas spell vanished with only a Shoegazer left, but it didn't even return to the ground because of Aqua's swift strike. Aqua had glance behind her once and cast blizzara, cutting off a Flood that had gotten behind Aria and destroying it.
