- the beginning, again. -

if you'd open the door to the tattoo parlour, you'd hear the buzzing sound of a tattoo gun.
jimin and yoongi being the only ones in the shop, it must be jimin, right?

well, it the dark of the night and the affects of alcohol kicking in, it was not jimin,
in fact, it was yoongi.

sitting on the tattoo bed, a nervous grin on his face, was jimin.
the less nervous and more fidgety excited one, sitting next to him but on a stool, was yoongi.

with the gun to jimins skin, he began.
already having the tattoo in place and traced all he had to do, was make it permanent.

god, if he was to mess up....
ah! but he won't, he won't. positive thinking please.

jimin has faith in yoongi, as well as yoongi having faith in yoongi.

after working for a while, the concentrated look on yoongis face was replaced with a satisfied grin.

the buzzing stopped, a blanket of silence hit the shop.

"done?..." jimin hesitantly asked as he peered over to the younger man, who was admiring his work.

yoongi looked proud.

that's all jimin could ask for, no matter how badly it turned out, jimin would love it.
his baby did it, his baby was proud of it. so he was proud of it, he loved it already.

"done." yoongi confirmed, looking straight into jimins unsure eyes, yoongi was full of confidence, it was perfect! just what yoongi had wanted.

jimin let out a shaky breath as he removed himself from the tattoo bed. walking over to the mirror was agonising, they couldn't of picked a place where jimin could see it with out looking in a mirror, could they?

but once he was situated in front of the mirror his tattoo on full display, he couldn't look, he just couldn't. his eyes were clamped shut and he was in no rush to open them.

it slightly disappointed yoongi, he had worked hard. did jimin not believe in him?

while in his pity party, yoongi hadn't realised that jimin was looking at his tattoo, he was in fact very... emotional.

he had a few tears dripping down his face and running down onto his exposed chest, narrowly missing the new ink imbedded onto his skin.

"oh... yoonyoon, i love it." he said, his voice laced with emotion. clearly overwhelmed with feelings, happy, sad, surprised... the list goes on!
"i really do..."

yoongi looked up at this and hearing the sniffle from his partner contributed to him looking.
he was shocked... jimin was crying? over his tattoo?

"y-you do?..." he paused, his classic scrunchy coming into play. "b-because if you don't, you don't have to lie..."

jimin cut him off.

"no, baby." he smiled. "i love it, truly. it's my favourite tattoo, ever."

yoongis smile grew and grew with each word jimin spoke. his gums on show and damn, that was jimins favourite smile.

"you're so cute yoon."

he giggled.

"so, you really like it?" yoongi asked again.

"yes. truly. 100 percent." jimin went on. trying to get though how much he truly loved his fiancés beautiful work of art.

fiancé.

gotta there, huh?

that word always brings jimins mind to his ring, subconsciously playing with it, grinning every time he touched the delicate golden band around his finger, yoongi having a matching one.

a happy memory was attached to the small object.

yoongi ran at him while in his daze, but didn't throw himself at jimin. he waited patiently in front of him until he noticed that yoongi was there.

and once jimin did, yoongi opened his arms wide and tilted his head to the right.

jimin picked him up, fully off the ground. yoongis legs now wrapped around jimins waist.

"i love you, yoonyoon."

"and i love you, minmin."

i'm the mirror was a happy couple, in reality it was just as beautiful as the distorted image. no matter what view the twos relationship was clear, it was true love, true happiness. one of a kind.

jimins new tattoo really was his favourite.
not only was it by his favourite person but it was his favourite design.

yoongis nickname 'yoonyoon' in yoongis handwriting. right where he heard his heart beat way to quickly, when he first met the boy.
it wasn't small, rather a medium sized design.

it was right across his chest. near his heart.
painful, but truly worth it.

they fell asleep that night... or early morning, depending on how you view it.

on the sofa where they first spoke, where they had their first long night conversation, the first of many.

where undoubtedly they'd get yelled at when they both woke, but they didn't care.
they laughed it off and kept the sweet memories to themselves.

yay!! i couldn't be happier to write this story again. these two are my favourites.
