Chapter Three: To Gravity Falls

*The next day: On the bus stop*

Mabel and Dipper were awaiting their busses. One for Gravity Falls and one for the science camp. Though of course, their parents didn't know. They bought every word. They originally wanted to wait for the bus with them, but Mabel assured them that if they were old enough to go to Gravity Falls on their own, they were old enough to wait. Mabel also added that it was best if they didn't come along, their parents were big criers.

As Dipper waited he looked at Mabel. He was still a little uneasy about this plan for some reason, though noticed she wasn't. In fact, she was waiting for the bus with a big smile on her face. ''Maybe I'm just being too protective...' he thought. After all, he knew nothing would happen to her this time. After all, not only would Soos and her friends be there, but the whole Bill Cipher thing was gone. He wouldn't have to worry about her.

"Hey... Mabel?" Dipper asked as he looked at her as she was looking from one side of the road to another.

"Hmm what's up Dip..." Mabel still looked from side to side, both from being impatient and excited.

"I know you will be okay... just... call me every night so I know you're safe..." Dipper said protectively. He couldn't help it, after all Gravity Falls, Bill Cipher or not, was still a weird town. And this would definitely be the longest they would be apart. Even at school, they always had a couple classes together. Maybe a part of it was about Weirdmageden, but he didn't tell her that. She would definitely be mad if she found out he didn't trust her, which so wasn't true.

Mabel raised a brow at him but she smiled as she ruffled his hair, making it all messy. "You worry too much..." she laughed as she poked his cheek. She looked to the side and saw his bus drive over. "Looks like it's your time to go stupid..."

Dipper rolled his eyes and poked her back as he saw the Gravity Falls bus come from the other side as well. "Same for you..." he looked at her. "Awkward sibling hug for the road?"

Mabel nodded and the two started to hug, one hand doing the awkward sibling pat. "Pat...pat..." they both said in a monotone a voice then laughed after.

"Later stupid..." Dipper waved, he grabbed his suit case as the door as his bus opened. His friends peeked out the window. "Mason! Can you go any slower..." Liam groaned, half sarcastically.

Dipper chuckled at his friends as Mabel smiled. It was weird hearing them call him by his real name, yet knew Dipper was thankful for them and was really happy for him. "Hey, remember you're the stupider one..."Mabel pointed at him as she watched him go inside. "Have fun!" She called enthusiastically.

Dipper rolled his eyes as he went in the bus, struggling to grab his bag then throwing his bag at the back of the bus with an exhausted sigh. Yep, he was still kind of puny and weak... curse his noodle arms. Then went to sit next to his friends in the triple seat in the front. He looked over at the window as he was sitting near the end and waved at his sister who was starting to go into the Gravity Falls bus.

Mabel waved back one last time. 'See you soon...' she thought as she lifted her bags into her bus. Once she sat down, both busses started moving, filled with two twins both going to two different places.
