Sam and I were talking and trying to figure out why I'm different and completely ignoring everyone else. Except we didn't subconsciously ignore Paul and Emily. Sam held Emily's hand and I put Paul's hand on my thigh. Paul would gently squeeze my thigh and I gave him a small smile and then I looked back at Sam and we kept talking before Sam said, "I'll research in the town achieves and we might find something there."

      I asked, "Can I go with?"

     He nodded and then Paul said, "No. We're starting your lessons today actually. Remember?"

     I said, "Oh right. So let's finish eating and get going."

     He nodded and then we finished eating and he threw me over his shoulder. I smacked his ass causing him to jump and let go of me. I rolled and caught myself in a push up position. I stood up and looked at him before I said, "Don't carry me around or throw me around like a rag doll. I am a person and you will treat me as such. Understand?"

      He smirked and gave me a mock salute and said, "Ma'am yes ma'am."

      I rolled my eyes and turned around only for him to slap my ass. I turned around and kneed him in the balls and then the face breaking his nose and I said, "Don't you EVER do that again. Yeah fuck this. I'll find someone else to teach me how to control this."

      He grabbed my arm and said, "Only I am helping you. End of discussion."

       I jerked my arm from him and said, "No you're not."

       He growled and started shaking and said, "No other wolf is helping you."

       I looked at him and then I yelled, "You are NOT the boss of me. Ever."

      He said, "I am you're imprint. You will listen to me."

      I said, "No. I don't even know you. I don't want to know you if you're going to be a dick."

      He said, "We are meant to be together. End of discussion."

       I looked at him and yelled, "I HATE YOU! YOU AND I ARE NOT GOING TO BE TOGETHER! EVER!"

       The next thing I know I am on the ground with a sharp pain in my cheek and I looked at him shocked. He said, "Maddison... I'm so..."

       I backed away from him and then I ran out of the house and felt the change happening and I phased into a wolf and I ran into the woods and kept running. I didn't know where I was running. I just knew I was running to get space between Paul and me. Eventually I stopped and howled. I heard a twig snap and I snarled before I heard Sam in head.

Sam: It's okay, Maddison. We're not here to hurt you.

Me: We?

Jake: Hey sis. Jared, Embry, Brady, Collin, Seth, Quill and Paul are here too. Leah's back home with the girls and Dad.

Me: Oh.

Jared: Yeah. So are you feeling better since you ran some?

Me: No. I want to attack Paul and rip his stupid face off.

Quill, Brady and Seth: *laughs*

Embry: She's definitely your sister, Jake.

Me: *gets a flashback of Derek, Scott, Stiles and me*

~Flashback~

Derek was helping me study for my test in Mr. Harris Chemistry class the next day and I kept getting frustrated with the school work and I wanted to rip my textbook in half. I growled and my eyes glowed yellow and Derek kissed me. That helped a little. He asked, "Feel better now?"

      I shook my head 'no' and said, "Maybe you should do that again."

       He said, "You look pretty calm to me."

       I made my claws come out and he laughed softly before he kissed me passionately and roughly before he said, "How about this. For every right answer, I take off a piece of clothing and for every wrong piece of clothing you take off something."

       I smirked and said, "Okay. I'll play you're game, Hale."

      He smirked back and said, "Game on McCall."

      Then it switched to where Derek was down to just his shirt and his boxers. I smirked and said, "You good?"

      He said, "I think you played me."

      Scott and Stiles walked into my bedroom and grabbed the laptop and looked at me and Derek before Stiles said, "She knows Chemistry like the back of her hand. Trust us. You just got played."

       Then Derek looked at me before he said, "You're definitely Scott's sister."

       I giggled and we kissed before he looked me in the eyes and said, "I love you."

      Then I said, "I love you too, Derek."

~End Flashback~

Brady: Well now we know why you reacted the way you did to that Derek guy's voice. You really loved him.

Me: Yeah. A lot. We've been through a lot together. Even a couple pregnancy scares. I think that was the scariest thing I've ever faced.

Collin: So why did your eyes glow that weird yellow color?

Me: I was a different kind of wolf before the change. I still am. I have both sides. Wait.... Do you think that might be why I was able to change back fully clothed?

Sam: It's definitely a possibility. 

Paul: So are you going to go back to him if he asks?

Me: *looks at Paul's wolf and lays down* I don't know. I want to be his friend, but Paul you slapped me and you're trying to control me. You can't do that. That's huge red signs of an abusive relationship. I will NOT be in that kind of relationship. Ever. At least not again.

Jake: What do you mean by again?

Me: When I lived in Beacon Hills, this was before Derek, I dated this guy and at first he seemed sweet and nice and I was free to be myself. Then I started to change little things about myself. Like how I talked or how I dressed or how I acted or who I hung out with. Then he started to get angry when I didn't answer his phone calls and he hit me once. I thought 'It's just one time. He let his anger get the best of him. It won't happen again.'. Then it got to the point where he would full on beat me with his fists or anything he could grab. One time it was a baseball bat and he sent me to the emergency room. I lied and told them that some thugs beat me up wanting money and they believed me. I was scared of him. I didn't know how to get out of it. He had never tried to touch me inappropriately and the night I got out of the hospital, he came over and he ... *looks down* he raped me. I knew by then it was too far, so I told Stiles' father who was a police officer everything that he did to me and they did a rape kit and it came back positive with his DNA. He went to jail and I haven't seen him since. A couple years later I met Derek and yeah. *jumps since all the guys are snarling and looks at them to see Paul and Jake pacing and slowly walks towards Paul*

Jared: Be careful Maddy. He's not really in the best mood.

Paul: Mate. Hurt. Rape. Kill. Mate. Hurt. Rape. Kill. 

Me: *gently touches my nose with his and watches him slowly calm down* Paul, calm down. I'm all yours now. We have to work on your temper and possessiveness the same way that we have to work on my phasing. Okay?

Paul: Deal.

Me: *rubs my head against his* Come on. Let's head back. I'm tired and I told you all more than I was planning on.

They all agreed and we all ran back to Billy's house and I realized that maybe letting them in wouldn't be so bad after all and that maybe I should give Paul a chance.
