Chapter 17 - The maknae

Jihyun's POV

"Alright! Everybody wake up! Wake up! Wake up!"

My eyes shot open to the sound of someone shouting and some banging. It was pretty loud and surprising.

"Get up! Get your lazy bodies up! Breakfast is ready!!"

"Ugh..." I groaned as I sat up from the bed. It still felt like it was night because of the fact that there are no windows in this place. I stretched my arms out in an effort to wake all my senses up. Then I slowly got off the bed and the banging and shouting continued.

Where is that coming from??

"Come down, everyone!!"

My head turned to the intercom and frowned.

D.O.?? That guy woke up early...

I sighed and fixed the bed. The banging continued as I walk out of the bedroom. It can still be heard and I can hear it from outside the bedrooms of each of the guys. That guy down there wouldn't stop until we all head down.

I sleepily walked down the staircase. What time is it? I feel like I hadn't have enough sleep.

Scratching the side of my head, I walked my way out of the living room to the kitchen were I spotted D.O. banging a spatula to a pan with Suho, Chen, Luhan and Baekhyun with their ears covered.

"Oh... Good morning, Jihyun..." D.O. greets and drops both hands on his sides. The rest also greeted me and I just greeted back.

"You still look sleepy. Sorry we had to wake you up guys. It is already 8 am," Suho says.

"Yeah, sure whatever..." I grumbled as I made my way to them. I probably look like a mess but I don't care.

"Hey..." I heard Baekhyun call out and I turned to him. "You alright?"

"Yeah... Just had a bit of trouble with sleeping last night."

"Is that so? Then just head to your bedroom---I meant Heeji's bedroom. Continue your sleep, I would bring your food to you later on."

"No... No thank you," I said. "I am fine. I am used to waking up early anyways," I said reassuringly and he just smiled.

The six of us set the table and brought the breakfast to the dining room. Just when we finished, the rest already arrived. The rest but Chanyeol.

"What's taking Chanyeol so long?" Xiumin asks.

I bit my lip because I know the answer. We were both up pretty late last night. I bet that is the reason why.

"I will bring his breakfast there later on," Baekhyun says and we all said our prayers and started to eat.

"Guys, we have decided to do something fun today," Suho says in the midst of eating. "We decided that we should head somewhere and have some fun... So, any suggestions?"

"How about we go out to watch movies?" asked Lay.

"But, hyung... We just watched movies last night," Baekhyun replied.
