The minute LUCY said for us to start, I knew what I needed to do. I took off running the 100 laps I knew was coming. " Very good my boy, remember to conserve your energy now you may do more." Skidriam said in praise. I chose to occupy my mind with how Rufus continued to act towards Lucy. ' Its kind of humorous, his infatuation with her...they obviously need help to see that they both like each other. ' Should I play matchmaker? I do enjoy helping, though it seems that Yukino and Sting see the same and are probably already planning-' my thoughts are cut off by Skidraim putting his head in front of me, " My boy, what are you thinking about so intently?" he asked. " What?" I asked, confused.
"My son, you've done 200 laps already" he said and sweat dropped. "Oh. Sorry. I was thinking about Lucy and Rufus, he's the guild member currently with Memn, they seem very close and I was contemplating whether or not to help Sting and Yukino play matchmaker."
"Yes, one can assume that Sting has already came up with some foolish plan that is bound to fail. Which is why I'd recommend that you go and help, before Sting gets himself killed by his own sister." he said, contemplatively. "Though I do enjoy talking with you about these things, I'm afraid it is close to the time when Lady Lucy said to meet" Skidraim continued.
And so they began to work their way back to the castle.
