These actors aren' all the cowboys I know at all
In my thoughts these actors are cowboys too
Especially Wayne, Eastwood, and Duvall
Cowboys from film I especially knew
In the fifty's I was raised on westerns
which I credit my love of cowboys to
Met Hopalong, Roy and Gene from westerns
Remember Cisco Kid and Pancho too
Then through my Dad became big John Wayne fan
I feel through Wayne I met Robert Duvall
From the movie True Grit, you understand
and Clint's spaghetti westerns, seen them all
I guess you could say I love cowboys
So when young chose cowboy shows over toys
