I don't know how long I had been running, but it was a very long time. I decided to stop for a little break to take in what my daddy said. But before I could even start to think what happened a twig snapped behind me, and I saw a beautiful red wolf. Red wolves are very rare, and feared as they are thought to be daughters of the demon. Red wolves are usually female, but males are feared even more. A lot more.
I heard another twig behind me, and snapped around. Then I found I was surrounded by rouges. I sat down and lay my head on my paws and prepared for the end. Except it never came, I looked up to see the Red wolf coming towards me. I stood up and whimpered. She mind linked me saying 'Shush little one, we won't hurt you. We want to take you in. I am Kiara, rouge leader... The male Red wolf behind you is my mate. We won't harm you.'
I looked behind me to see a Red wolf licking his paw. I nodded my head and she grabbed the tuff of my collar where the fat is and it doesn't hurt. She ran and all the others followed her. 'Is this our new family?' Zoe asked. 'I hope so...' I answered.
