Chapter 12

When I got home I walked into the lounge to find everyone there cheering for me. To say I was surprised was an understatement. I think Kiara saw my puzzled expression; she said "We want to congratulate you on breaking your record for breaking every bone in someone's body!" I laughed and went round hugging everyone. I'm not sure why but this was a big deal for Rogues, if we beat a record we celebrated.

After I thanked everyone I dragged Ty upstairs to our room. He dragged me to the bed but I stopped. He looked at me a bit confused but at that point in time he was the only one who could calm me down. Some people just get to me, especially Chloe. I pulled him close to me and kissed him, not forced but passionately. As soon as he got over the surprise he immediately answered and our lips started moving together.

He bit my lip asking for entrance and I kept my mouth shut, he asked again and I did the same thing. He grunted and this made me chuckle, he took this time to go and his tongue explored my mouth as we fought for dominance, him winning...

(I'm gonna let you guess what happened next as it's kind of obvious and I don't know how old some people are so yay!)

I woke up with a splitting headache: I guess that's a side affect from when your mate marks you. Yes, me and Tyler are now fully mated and I can now feel all of his emotions. I also feel as if a huge weight has been lifted of my shoulders. I leaned up and immediately regretted it. The room...was... A total mess. It looked like a bomb hit it, well several. Not someone mated. Suddenly I felt a sudden twist in my stomach and I ran to the bathroom not even bothered to be quiet about slamming the door behind me.

After about 2 minutes of vomiting my guts out, I walked back into the room. Ty was looking and feeling very concerned. I smiled to let him know I was ok but I could tell he didn't believe me. I walked into the wardrobe and grabbed my outfit for the day. I grabbed a pink shirt and a black skirt that ended mid thigh. I tucked the shirt into the skirt (haha shirt/skirt! One letter difference... Haha, I'm weird) and put some heels on.

I walked back into the bedroom to find it spotless, all the ripped up pieces of clothing were gone of the floor - what can I say, it got heated - and the bed was made. I went downstairs to find Ty at the table with the rest of the group. "Congratulations for the mating baby sis!" Marc yelled. "Haha, thank you!" I yelled back.

"How did you know though? It takes a few days for the mark to show?" I asked slightly confused. Sal laughed and that made me even more so. "We could have heard you if you were in Africa bæ" I smiled sheepishly at this comment. I could also feel the blush crawling up my neck to my cheeks. "Come on! Are we going or what?" I boomed before they could see me blushing. "Yep," Ty said popping the 'p' "Let's go!" He grabbed my wrist and dragged me to the garage. We mounted our bikes and started to make the journey to school. Yippee.

When we got to school I could already hear the gossiping: 'Oh! I think Izzy is mated' 'Why does Izzy smell different? Maybe she mated' 'Why would Tyler mate to that whore' Tyler growled at the last one making it known to everyone to shut their mouths before they die. I laughed at his possessiveness and I grabbed hold of his arm. We snaked through all the crowds before arriving at our lockers. I got all the stuff I needed and then started walking to home room with Sal.

Suddenly I heard an ear piercing scream and out of reflex I ran towards the scream. It came from Chloe, and even though I hated her I had to help. I leapt down to the girl who was on the floor obviously in pain. "Chloe? Chloe? Chloe, what's wrong?" I asked. She looked at me making sure I wasn't just joking around with her. After she was sure I was helping she answered "Mate... Marked... Someone... Else..." I gasped. I heard of the pain you went through when your mate defied fate and marked another, apparently it hurts like sh!t. I grabbed her hand and said "Shh, I'm here. I can help you get through this. Ok?" She nodded and I continued "Every time you feel pain squeeze my hand ok? It will help." She nodded and the next few minutes passed with a lot of screaming, hand squeezing and comforting words.

After a while Chloe started to calm down but you could see the shattered soul in her eyes. The bond with her mate was now broken. I helped Chloe up and as she was weak I took her to the Nurses Office. The rest of the day was normal, this that and the other happened but that was all normal. At lunch I went to check up on Chloe and she was resting. Her wolf needed time to heal and take in what had happened.

As soon as I got home I was ushered into Kiara and Jakes office, (the red wolves) by Ty and he was only told to tell me that I was needed immediately. Kiara told me to sit and I did so. "So, we have decided to make our pack actual. This means that we will no longer be a travelling pack and we will state claim wherever we are." I gasped, I wasn't scared. Just shocked on what they had decided. I nodded telling them silently to carry on. They did so "As you know actual packs need Alphas, we heard what you did for that young girl Chloe today and even though she was not in your pack you helped her through the pain." I nodded not understanding where this was going. "That is why... We have decided to make you the Alpha of our pack when you are 20!"

Oh. My. God. I was so shocked happy and scared at the same time!

Shocked: That they would trust me with the commitment.

Happy: That I am trusted enough for this.

Scared: For the new responsibility that will be placed on my shoulder.

I jumped up and grabbed both my adoptive parents and started to cry, I cried and cried and cried of joy. Kiara informed me that she would teach me everything I needed to know about being an Alpha and that I should probably not tell anyone, just incase they get, y'know. Jealous. I understood.
