Sans POV
I woke up with (y/n) still in my arms. She was asleep, but facing me. She felt warm... too warm. I heard a cough. It was followed by another... then another. Then finally a sneeze.

Just like the sun, she opened her eyes. They seemed more droopy than usual. I pat her head only to quickly retract it. She was burning up.

She quickly pushed me away and ran into the bathroom. I got up off the bed and walked towards the door. I heard what sounded like vomiting from the inside.

I knock on the door.

"(Y/n)? Are you okay in there?" I asked softly.

"Yes now go away!" She yelled.

I sit on the bed, waiting for her.

A little while later, she walks out of the bathroom. She groaned as she made her trip back onto the bed. She laid on her stomach so that she could bury face into the pillow.

"Sans? Do you have pain relievers here?" She asked weakly.

"Uh no, I don't think so." I responded. "But I'll go get some for you."

"Please." She begged.

I teleported to the nearest pharmacy and looked around for something that could hell my angel. I don't know what she usually takes so I grabbed a random bottle that matched her requests.

After paying for it, I teleport back to the house. (Y/n) was still laying there. I grabbed a cup from downstairs and fill it with water before giving her anything.

She throws a pillow at me as soon as I put them down. "GET OUT!" she yelled.

I walk out of the room but I'm not sure why she wanted me to leave in the first place. I wait downstairs for her to come down. I'm honestly worried for her. I'm not sure what's wrong.

After about several hours she comes down. She still seemed sick but she didn't seem to be in pain. I tried to get her to tell me what's wrong but she only walked past me, into the kitchen.

I quickly get up and meet her in the kitchen. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" I asked. She tried to walk past me again but I pin her against the wall. Her face quickly turned red.

"(Y/n)? Answer me please, I'm really worried about you." I asked more gently.

Her blush quickly faded. It was replaced with a frown.

"It's none of your business!! Give me some fucking privacy, will you?! I don't need you babying me!!" She yelled then pushed me outta her way.

I heard her stomping up the stairs and slam the door. I was baffled. I tried to figure out what I did wrong. Did I come off too stern? I wasn't babying her, I was making sure she was okay.

I decided to ask her what I did wrong. I walked up the stair, though it felt much different than usual. It felt as if I was walking into danger with each step. I continued forward. I reached the door. It felt eerie. I felt as if I should turn back. I place my hand on the knob. A wave of fear hit me. I turned it. My senses were off the charts. Turn back. Turn back. Turn back. I ignore the voices then open the door. I peek inside.

(Y/n) was right there. She was staring at me. I open the door fully. She was staring. I take a step in. She was still staring. I approach her.

"(Y/n)?" My voice lacing with fear. I tap her shoulder.

She screamed.

"GET THE FUCK OUT!" She attacked me.

I ran out of the room. My heart was racing at full speed. I heard the door slam shut again. I sit on the couch trying to catch my breath. I feel myself sweating.

I hadn't realized it but Papyrus was in the corner of the room holding a pillow close to him. He was rocking back and forth while whispering to himself.

"I'm so confused." He seemed traumatized. He repeated it over and over again.

I then heard crying from upstairs. I decided it was safer down here.

"What the heck happened to (y/n)?!" I yell to no one in particular.

"The human is crazy! One minute she's happy the next she's sad and then worst of all she's mad!" Papyrus yelled in response to my question.

"What do you mean?" I asked a bit curious.

"I was trying to give the human breakfast, she seemed happy at the door. Then she invited me in, asking where you were then started to cry. The human then attacked The Great Papyrus!" He obviously wasn't to scared to wash away his pride.

I was confused, so far I've only gotten the sad and angry part of this. She was fine yesterday. And partially fine this morning. Her fever probably has something to do with it. But if I try to take care of her she'll attack me again!I don't know what to do in this situation.

Do I help her or leave her alone?

I might as well let her cool off a bit, so I'll stay here. If she needs anything she'll call me, right? There's nothing to worry about.

I sit on the couch and watch the TV. I sit with Papyrus and we watch his favorite show, just like old times. It brings back memories.

How'd we get so distant? We were so close before. Oh right- me. I didn't treat like a brother over a girl. (Y/n) does mean the world to me, but so does Papyrus, he's always been there for me, we've always been together. Papyrus. I'm sorry.

I reach my hand towards Paps. I end up hugging him tightly. "I'm sorry bro, I said and did and said some stupid stuff. I know you probably hate me or whatever but I'm sorry. I miss the old times." I started to tear up a bit.

I felt him wrap his arms around me. "I forgive you brother." I felt a tear fall from his eye.

I smile and let him go as we recreate memories and a brotherly bond.
