Athena's day 2

~Athena's Pov.~
    In all honesty I didn't want him to. I still hadn't told him that me and Hera broke up, I didn't mind that he kissed me that's why I kissed back...  l look at him.
"What if they don't really want me back..." he says as he looks down.
"Well then stay here for a little longer."
"Yeah but I don't want to like stay in your house like all weekend."
"Understandable... wanna go somewhere?"
"Like where?"
" I don't know... around? There's an arcade down the street that runs on nickels."
"Let's go ahead go do something like that it sounds fun" he smiles
    I nod and walk to get my bag I then open one of my Piggy banks (the one that has the nickles) and pour them out and put them in my bag, I open my door and get hit with a wave of cold and I shiver. I look back at Jen and smile then walk to the front and looked at the alarm and disarm it after I put on my shoes. I look at Jen who just came down the hallway and he has his shoes on. I smile and open the door letting Jen walk out first. I close the door behind me and arm the system, then I walk to my car and unlock it. We both get in and I start the car and then turn on the radio.
"I thought you weren't supposed to have the radio on?"
"Well. do you wanna get in a wreck? I have to have it on, or else I sort of black out when I turn."
"Ohhhhh"
    I smile and plug in my phone, then turn on the music, and put my car in reverse. I look around and back out of the driveway, then after I'm on the street I slam my gear into drive and drive off with Jen and get to the stoplight. When it turns green we drive to Buffalo nickel (that's what it's called). I put the car in park and then look at Jen. "ready?" he nods and I think back to the kiss and once he gets out of the car. I hesitate and touch my lips with my fingers. I shake my head and get out of the car. We play a couple of games at the arcade and end the day with mini golf, I won.
"Dam! Again?!"
I giggled and we went to the movies because it was still day outside, we came out and went back to my house. I sighed as we both fell onto my bed.
"Jen, can I tell you something?" I say as I look at my ceiling. He props himself up and looks at me.
"Sure what is it?"
"Me and Hera broke up..."
"You guys what?!"
"We broke up.."
"Oh.. Athena I'm so sorry. What happened?"
"It wasn't working for her. But I'm over it by now.."
"What are you gonna do though?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean one of our friends like you too."
"Who? Melissa?"
"Yeah"
I roll my eyes and laugh. "Yeah right."
"But, now at least I don't feel so bad about the whole kissing thing"
We both laugh and giggle till we can't breathe and we fall onto my floor, softly, I love hanging out with him, he's a really great dude. I sometimes feel like we would have a chance but I wouldn't push it.
"Oh! Hey Jen?"
"Yeah?"
"Me and my family are planning to go over to Thailand for vacation next week and I can bring a plus one."
"Yeah..."
" You wanna come with me?"
"Yeah, why not?"
"Really?"
"Totally"
"Should we tell your parents?"
"I don't really care about what they think, to be honest."
"So do you wanna go get some clothes?"
"Sure why not."
We get up, tell my parents that we're going to Jen's house, by this time their back home. We get in my little car and go to his house. We take a deep breath and knock on the door. Almost instantly they open the door and hug the crap out of him. My eyes are wide and I actually want to giggle but I don't.
