Once in a lifetime

Chapter 11

*1 Month Later*

Alyssa's POV:

It has been one month since i moved from LA and me and Kendall are still dating even thought its pretty hard because of our schedule's with him at school and me just staying at home and all. I think my dad is getting tired of me because he is always yelling at me saying clean this shit up even though there is only like one thing on the floor. Anyways its Friday and i was on twitter and i see that Kendall tweeted something.

@HeffronDrive: Can't wait till tonight i have something very special planned

I texted Kendall asking what the surprise is but i didn't deliver so i just thought his phone was off or really bad reception. It was about 11 at night and i got a text from Kendall saying he sent me something in the mail and that is delivered. So i went downstairs and opened the door and i see a long tall box and i just thought it was like a random small thing in a big box but i thought wrong. I opened the box and there is a lot of peanuts in it and Kendall pops up from the box scaring me and im crying because hes at my house and i missed him to death.

"KENDALL OMG I MISSED YOU" i said kissing him and hugging him tightly

"Haha me to now lets get you into your room"

He picked me up bridal style to my room and the rest of the night we just talked about our lives and cuddled and we didn't even want to leave each other again. It felt like it always did when i was with him like old times. He told me that Jake hasn't been talking to him or like giving him the i want to kill you look. I think Jake just thinks that we broke up and hes happy again. I fell asleep in his arms and then i woke up because i just remembered about the box in the front doorway so I scared Kendall by waking him up with a sudden moved.

"Whats the matter baby"

"I just forgot something i need to do before my dad gets home so i'll be right back"

I left the room and i take the box into my room and i put it in my closet. Then i went back to bed where Kendall is and laid down and fell back asleep.

The Next Day:

It was the next day Kendall's alarm went off because he had to wake up because he has a flight to go to NYC later. Kendall woke and and im there crying.

"Babe don't worry i will be back trust me"

I just shook my head and he went to go take a shower and while he did that i just was in bed trying to think that no matter what happens with distance we will always be together. He got out of the shower and got dressed and he had to leave so he kissed me one last time. This kiss was really special because it would be the last one for a while and it felt better than all the other ones we had. I had to see if my dad was up yet and he is in the shower so i lead Kendall downstairs and we heard a door open and feet going down the steps so i pushed Kendall out the door and he hid right by the door.

"Alyssa whats going on why are you up at 7?" He asked concerned

"Oh nothing i woke up to something and i couldn't go back to bed"

"Alyssa tell me the real reason we all know if something makes a sound you don't hear it"

"Dad don't worry about it its non of your business"

My dad was coming closer to me and now my back is against the door and my dad kicks me in the knee making me fall to the ground. "TELL ME" i said nothing and he kicked me in the stomach and i whimpered in pain. He kicks me one more time and then Kendall comes in because he could hear everything and he tackles my dad and he punches him in the face and hes on the ground and then Kendall hits my dad in the balls so he cant get up. Kendall runs upstairs and grabs my suitcase that i never unpacked and he picks me up and my stomach was on his shoulder. Even though it hurts the pain is going to go away and im in safe arms. The taxi is here and Kendall puts me in it and the taxi driver puts our suitcases in the car and Kendall gets in the taxi and he says to the airport. We get to the Airport and He gets the suitcases out of the taxi and my arm is around Kendalls neck because it hurts to walk and we went through security and went to our gate. We sit down to wait for us to board and im crying on Kendall's shoulders

"Its ok your with me now no one is going to hurt you anymore"

"Kendall thanks so much and now i have no parents that care about me what am i going to do"

"My parents love you and your living with us so they are your parents now. You know what lets not talk about this now"

"Flight 111 to New York City is now boarding"

Kendall bought my ticket before we sat down and i said i would pay him back he said i already did but im still going to. We got to our seats and I fell asleep the whole flight because of that happened today so far. We finally landed and Kendall had a car waiting for him already so we got in and went to the hotel. We got in our room and once we got there i just cried into the pillow and Kendall is there behind me hugging me.

Kendall's POV:

There i see Alyssa crying into a pillow because her mom kicked her out, her dad kicked her in the stomach 2 times and the knee once then i came to the rescue. I hugged her while she was crying and she took a nap to calm down during that i just texted the group saying that shes coming home with me tomorrow and they are so excited to see her but she needs a few days before she can see them. I had a meeting to go to so i left a note saying that ill be back soon. I left the hotel and its the meeting of the show. Once i get there i see that Logan, Carlos, and James got the part to. So we all said hi and they asked about Alyssa and i just said i'll tell you later and they just said ok. After a 2 hour meeting i went back to the hotel and i see that she is still sleeping at its 6 at night.

I wake her up and say its time for dinner. I took her to a restaurant for dinner and after that we just watched a movie and just cuddled. It was 12 at night and we had to wake up early to fly back to LA so we went to bed and it felt so good to be back with her
