Yoongi's pov
As if it was mocking him his heart started thudding the closer it got to her parents house as he could see the smoke rising the closer he got and a knot started to form in the pit of his stomach. Please don't. Not after everything that's happened in the last twenty four hours, not this too, this could break her completely.

His worse fears were confirmed as they pulled up near the house that was surrounded by fire engines and a crowd of people gathering to see what was happening like some freak show. He took one look at Yn and she burst into tears. If it was possible for him to feel any shittier than he did already, then he felt worse when he saw her tears fall down her face as her childhood home was reduced to ashes bit by bit.

Without thinking he worked purely on emotion and yanked her into his arms wrapping her in his grip as she sobbed and cried into his chest. He kissed her forehead and rested his cheek ontop of her head and held her as she cried her heart out.

While he was holding her he noticed a familiar figure appear next to him and he held Yn tighter than ever to prevent her looking at him.
"This, my friend is retaliation at its finest. If I can't have her no one will. Keep hold of that princess because the second you let go. I'll be there Min Yoongi." Jaehyun muttered low so Yn couldn't hear over her own sobs and the sound of the drama happening around her.

It took everything in him not to whip the gun out the back of his jeans and kill the bastard where he stood but to prevent himself he just gripped Yn tighter. Holding her closer as she fisted his T-shirt in her palms and let her tears out, as Jaehyun walked away unnoticed by her.

Yn's pov
The way he was holding you made you cry harder, the way he kissed your forehead and rested his cheek on your head as he held you tighter and tighter like he'd never let go. It was overwhelming, this is what you wanted but not under these circumstances. You were aware of someone stood next to you as he embraced you but didn't want to look, you assumed someone else was coming to have a nose at years of memories being burned to the ground.

After what seemed like an eternity his deep voice sounded as the fort of his arms released from around you making you feel bare and exposed.
"Listen, little kitten, your parents are coming, you should talk to them. I'll wait by the tru-"
"No. Stay with me. Be here for me..." you mumble as you meet his gaze and he looks a little startled but nods once intertwining his fingers with yours as you turn to your parents.

You're exhausted, you've been awake pretty much all night, your parents are going to live with your posh grandparents in their countryside home, and you and Yoongi are finally back home. He doesn't bother getting to the bedroom, he rips off his smokey smelling T-shirt and flops directly on the sofa nudging the poodle Holly off with his foot as he drags you down with him.

You lay on your sides facing each other and You mutter what's on your mind.
"It's just struck me that, I genuinely consider this home. I'm so glad to be home..." and you feel emotional again as you realise this is where you feel like you now belong.

Yoongi throws his left arm across you pulling you close.
"That's because this is home baby. Here with me and the other boys is home."

He pulls you so your body is flush against his and plants a kiss on your forehead, leaving his lips there as you both fall asleep incredibly close, thinking back you realise how unsafe you were tonight. You could have died in that fire if Yoongi hadn't come and got you, but he did. Now you were safe in his inked arms with his familiar smell calming you as you're eyes drop and you fall asleep, feeling safe, at home.

Jin comes down late morning time, being the first one to rise and has a moment of deja-vu as he walks past the sofa and does a double take walking back a few steps. You're both there again. Asleep again. Together again. In the back of his mind he is flooded with relief. You clearly made up and possibly more, he's unaware if Yoongi was honest with you last night but has every intention of getting it out of him today.
