Tal's POV
Minutes pass like hours as I wait for Michael in dark stable. The only horse here is O'Neil, he lives far from all the others. Adi likes to take him out in the meadow and on a big hill to watch the sun set.

there are little things I noticed about my brother that make connected all the dots. Rumors were spread about him by maids and servants, they would watch as a young man would follow Adi to his room and would come back out early the next morning.
My parents also brought this to my attention but I pushed away their accusations. However, I didn't tell him about it because I'm gay too and that would be awkward.
I saw his flirting habits... but never thought anything about it. He would complement Philip and make him blush but I knew Philip would get embarrassed easily, I thought I had nothing to worry about. Now I have to protect him too

Adi's POV
When I came out of my room the next morning, the castle was in a panic.
"Hey Anthony, what's going on?"
"It's prince Tal. He's missing!"
"What?" I felt worry seep into my chest. Could he have run away with that guard Michael?! I dismissed that crazy thought, Tal would never do that.
Speaking of Michael, I think I have an idea as to where Tal is. But I have to hurry before anyone else finds him first.
I headed out quickly, and into the stables, where I saw him last. He has to be in here. Look around quickly, then finally, I came across a pile of hay that Tal was laying in fast asleep.
"Tal" I whispered bending down to shake him
"Dude get up!" I say a little louder making him groan. Sleeping on hay probably wasn't comfortable compared to his king sized bed and silk sheets.
He slowly opens his eyes, they meet mine and go wide
"Umm... I can explain, I was waiting for you yesterday to talk but you took a long time and I feel asleep..."
"Tal you don't have to lie... I know you didn't come here looking for me"
"No I- I know bro you were here to see Michael last night. I'm sorry... He's gone and you still love him" he looked at me his eyes blinking rapidly, obviously on the verge of tears.
"I have to go. Everyone is probably worried" he says suddenly getting up and making his way out
"Tal wait, can we talk?"
"No, I really have to go. Thanks though." He says as he leaves
"Okay, I guess later then" I say to myself, and make my way back to the castle

"Did you find him?!" Anthony asks
"Yeah he's back, but now I'm hungry"
"What would you like to eat?"
"Hmm an omelette you know how to make it, right?"
"Yeah, I'll get Kathy to make it for you" he answers with a smile
"I asked if you could make it, you know how right?"
"I do, but I'm not a chief"
"You don't have to be, if you know how to make it get the kitchen and do it" let's see how long he lasts
"Alright then, I'll be right back" he says walking off, and I follow him. He grabs a pan and a bowl, turns on the stove-
"Actually I had that yesterday, can I have a burrito instead"
"Yeah sure" he says putting the stuff back and grabbing a tortilla-
"Wait no, those usually don't sit well... let me have some pancakes"
"Are you sure?" He asks with a hand on his hip
"You know what, I haven't had cereal in a while can I please have some?"
"O...Kay? Is that all?"
"Yup just cereal" I say, just as I said that he goes to the refrigerator-
"Remember I'm lactose intolerant so get the almond milk" this is fun
"I wouldn't want your poor little tummy to hurt, right?" He mumbles
"That's almost right, except this tummy doesn't take orders he gives them so..."
"Fine Adi you win, please stop" he answers annoyed
"Stop what babe?"
"Stop being mean... please?" He asks in a desperate tone
"What you don't like my bitchy attitude?"
"No" he wines
"Let's make a deal, I'll stop and you have to drop that dumb tuff boy act of yours, because it's driving me crazy and not in a good way"
"Fine" He says holding his hand out to shake mine, I grab his hand, put it to my lips and kiss it, keeping eye contact to see his cheeks turn bright red. I've Tamed this beautiful beast
"I like you even more now" I whisper
