In the morning I woke up to one of the twins knocking on my door "Ly can I please come in?" Rowan pleaded. I quickly run to brush my hair and the run to open the door "Hey Ro what's up?" I ask picking her up and she points to Joey and Daniels room "Oh ok you go into my room and play on my Crome book I'll be in in a second." I say as I put her down she nods and runs into my room. Quietly I sneak to their door and hear "DANIEL WHY DID YOU SLAP LYRA ACROSS THE FACE!" Joey yells "I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING JOSEPH! PLEASE YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME I DIDN'T KNOW!" Daniel pleads "I DON'T CARE DANIEL JUST GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" Joey yells "JOEY PLEASE LISTEN TO ME." Daniel starts but I open the door "Daniel you herd him just get out!" I say and Daniel just looks and then yells at me "LYRA JUST SHUT UP I DID NOTHING TO YOU AND NOW YOU SIDE WITH JOEY ON A LIE!" I look at Joey and he nods "You did physically hurt me Daniel." I say and then I pull my hair back revealing the bruise on my cheek. He puts a hand to his mouth "Oh my God Ly I did that to you. I'm so sorry." He says and tries to hug me but I duck out of reach and stand next to Joey "Just be quiet Daniel and get out also to you it's Lyra." I say coldly "Daniel get out of my house and our life." Joey says and for once I see him truly mad. Daniel tries to say something but then he stops himself and walks out of the house.
"Dad? Where's Daddy?" Ash asks Joey who picks him up and he says to Ash "Daddy went somewhere for a little bit don't worry he might be back." And Ash nods at him "Well lets get breakfast shall we?" I say trying to get Joey to smile "We shall!" Joey says and the smile I've come to love reveals its self "Hey Ro Ash have you ever seen the Amazing Race?" I ask and they both shake their heads no "Well Joey and Meghan were on it together. Do you wanna watch it while Joey makes pancakes?" I say and they both nod their head and run down the stairs "And you kind sir need a hug." I say to Joey and then I hug him and he picks me up and flips me on his back and tickles me "AH JOEY STOP ROWAN! ASH! HELP!" I say through giggles and they come running and they start to tickle Joey until he puts me down.
When we finish breakfast and The Amazing Race I go upstairs to my room and see that Daniel has texted me
Daniel: Hey Ly we need to talk
Daniel:please pick up Ly
Daniel: Please Joey won't answer me
Ly: hey what's up?
Daniel: you know that I have half custody of you right
Ly: yes but since in a teenager I also have a say in this and I choose to stay with Joey
Daniel: ok I understand but when will you forgive me
Ly: Come back to the house and we can talk
Daniel: ok
"JOEY!" I yell down the stairs "Daniels coming back." "Are you sure your ok?" He asks looking at me and I nod "Hey where are the twins?" I ask "You broke them with The Amazing Race. They are on episode 4 or something." He says and once he finishes there is a knock at the door. I run to get it and open the door revealing Daniel at first I just stare at him then I hug him and cry "I'm sorry I got so upset. I love you Daniel." I say "Oh it's ok Ly and don't say your sorry it's my fault I got drunk. I guess I just felt so bad that you got beaten up that I just kind of killed myself with wine." He says once I let go of him Joey comes and hugs Daniel "Oh my God Danny I missed you. Once you were gone I realized how much I love and need you in my life." He says and then kisses Daniel. I sigh and hit record on the glasses which I was wearing just for fun. They still kissed and I felt awkward "Ok guys lets keep it PG and if you want to make it PG-13 then please for my sake take it upstairs. Now if you will excuse me I'm going to edit some of my videos and do homework."
