After about 10 minutes I heard a knock on the door. I waited a moment as I tried to calm myself down. My heart pounded in my chest. "Jess....Please open the door. I want to see you. I want to talk to you. Please trust me." I hear him say through the door. His voice sounded heavy with exhaustion, mixed with a bit of sadness.
I couldn't hold back any longer and opened the door for him. The moon shone off his hair making his greyish blue hair about silver. I ushered him in and walked over to the kitchen table and sat down on an open chair and kept my head down. "Namjoon.....I-I have something to tell you..." my voice cracks as I try to keep my tears at bay. I hear him sit down across from me. I knew he was listening well. He always did listen to me. "T-the reason we can't date........H-he did t-things...." I couldn't hold it any longer and a tear escaped and ran down my cheek. "Hey Jess you don't have to tell me. Please don't cry" he whispered to me softly and wiped my tear from my cheek. His hand caressed my cheek gently and tilted my head up to see him. His eyes were red rimmed. I could tell he had been crying. "Listen Jessica. I will always be here for you. What you said about me being too good. I'm not to good for you. Honestly you're too good for me. Please Jess. I love you." he whispered the last bit.
His eyes drifted down and landed on the table as he sighed. I couldn't take this. I can't stand seeing him like this. "I love you to Namjoon" I say loud enough for him to hear. I got out of my chair and went to his and kissed him on the cheek. "What will the ARMY think? The court is going to bring up so many things." I whispered softly. He grabbed me and held me tightly. "Listen to me. ARMY will love you as I love you. They will be happy because I'm happy. There will always be a few that think differently but that doesn't matter. I am here." Namjoon said with a smile and kissed me back on the cheek making me giggle. "Shhh somebody is going to hear" I say quickly look towards Dawn and Emma's rooms, but not hearing anything. "Babe I want the world to know I love you!" He says a bit louder. I couldn't help but blush hard. "I LOVE JES......." He yelled as I covered his mouth. I panic and look back at there rooms as Emma walks out of her room. "WOULD YOU SHUT UP!!!" Emma yelled as loud as she possibly could and slammed her door. The picture of the three of us wobbled on the wall as she shut the door with such force.
We both decided to watch a movie together deciding on The Professional. "You don't know how good this movie really is." He kept telling which kinda made me laugh. I put the movie on and start to watch. As the movie goes on I catch myself looking over at Namjoon. He catches me looking and I quickly look away from him blushing hard. "um I'll be right back okay" I say nervously and go towards the bathroom closing the door behind me. As I turn on the light in there I notice my face was a bright scarlet red color. I was my face in some cool water and breath in and out. Gosh he makes me so nervous I thought to myself.
I dry off my face and open the door to find him behind it. His hand held up in the air ready to knock. I froze unable to speak. Finally he said something. "Um....hey.....It's getting kinda late, and I don't want to wake the boys. C-could I stay the night?" He stuttered out blushing bright red. "U-um I mean sure" I mumbled to him "You can sleep in my bed, I'll sleep on the couch or something. I-its will be more comfortable for you." I tell him and start walking to the closet to get an extra blanket and sheets. "No Jess." He puts his hand on the wall blocking me from walking away. "I'll take the couch. I'm a guest in your house. Please." He says looking me in the eyes. He smiles causing his dimples to show. Before I could tell him no he gently kisses my forehead and gently takes the blanket and sheets from my hand. "Thank you" he says softly and makes his way to the couch. "If you need anything just text me or yell and I'll come okay?" I tell him turning towards my room trying to hide my bright crimson face from him. "alright." he says softly to me.
I walk into my room and close the door behind me softly. My face still shown bright red in the dark. I hear my phone buzz on my dresser and I grab it.
