Being a mom is emotionally trying today for me. My toddler is unhappy with practically everything and if you tell him to calm down in a calm voice (really, no matter how you say it), he starts to cry 🤦🏼‍♀️😪 . I'm doing my best to not stress out so much, when my boy is upset though, it's too easy to feel overwhelmed.

Adding full term pregnancy in the mix with different types of pain, doesn't help either lol.

For example; my son sometimes does this thing where he will want a sandwich, so I begin to make him one and he says 'bread' as I'm spreading peanut butter on it. I know this means he wants a slice of plain bread and if after you give him one, if you proceed to ask him if he wants a sandwich also—he gets mad and throws the slice of bread away. Lol.

It's frustrating, because I know he will eat the sandwich, and if I give him the sandwich right after he throws the bread away—he throws the sandwich away too. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Tantrums aren't fun and this has been my kind of day lol. When the hubs comes home for lunch, I hide in the bathroom to soak in the bath for a little while just to get myself back together to handle the rest of the day. 🤪😪🤯

Is it Friday yet? Lol lord give me extra strength for today 😂

Edit: my little boy calmed down once his daddy came home, so all was well lol 😂
