This is it. I'm in front of the school.

I was about to enter the gate when someone's car honked loudly, surprising the hell out of me.

"What the—?" I turned around and saw Liz' car.

"Hello, bestie!" She waved her hands.

"You better park your car. Look, you're in the way," I said while pointing at the cars behind hers.

"Oh, sorry! Wait for me! I'm just gonna park this shit," she said hurriedly. I watched her park her car until she’s done and started to run towards me.

"Hey!" She waved her hands near my face.

"Oh." I spaced out.

"Haha, am I beautiful? I know you stared at me back there until now." She laughed.

"Actually, I'm prettier than you." I stuck my tongue out and entered the school leaving her behind.

"Hey wait! You know what? I texted teacher Cass if we're in the same class," Liz said as we walked along the hallways together.

"And what did she say?" I asked with a bored look on my face.

"We're in the same class! Woo-hoo! Hehe, aren't you happy? Your pretty best friend is your classmate for life!" She hugged me and kissed my cheeks.

"What? For life?"

"Yes! I pleaded Teacher Cass and Principal Ria to make us classmates until graduation and they agreed. Why? Don't you like it?" She frowned.

"Oh really, huh? Well, it's okay. Let's go, I don't want to be late." I smiled.

"Okie dokie." She smiled back.

We entered the classroom. Our classmates were so noisy. We both sat at the back and hung our bags on the chair in front of us. I fished out my phone in my pocket and pulled out my earphones from my bag.

"Hey, I'm going to chat with our classmates, be right back!" Liz said. I nodded and placed the earphones in my ear and leaned back in my chair. I played a song in my phone and lowered the volume. I closed my eyes for a while when suddenly someone covered them with their hands.

"Guess who?" I heard a familiar voice behind me and some giggling people in front of me.

"Adelaide?" I said as I removed the hands that was covering my eyes.

"Hi, Callie! We missed you!" They all said at once. I saw Liz laughing at my side.

"Wey-hey! You remembered my fabulous voooice!" Adelaide sang as she sat on the chair in front of me and clapped her hands.

"Oh, look who's here..." I looked at them from left to right. I smiled and said the name of our group, "the White Republic."

"Oh my gosh, you remembered us!" Aileen said with twinkling eyes.

"Yes, of course, how can I forget you all? You're my friends and there were just 2 months of semester break, like duh," I said, smiling.

Wait, let's pause for a while.

Well, can I introduce the members of The White Republic? They're quite many, but, nah..
