Chapter 18: What if...

*Tori is in Philippines also doing an interview*

Tori’s POV

“So you are one of the biggest celebs here in the Philippines now, and you started off just making small YouTub videos when you were around 16 years old? and now you are 20 years old right? You’re a woman now and you are starring in one of the best award winning movies and tv shows here 'The masters son' and 'Liars' (made up), how is that going for you?” the interviewer asked me “I’m doing great actually, its nice being a big celeb, here, in Europe and in the US, uhm I love working with Enrique Gil (Filipino actor) he is an amazing actor and also a friend…” I reply “speaking of Enrique how are you doing with the break up?” he asks “the break up was pretty sad, but ya know, I had a good run with him and that’s all that matters to me right now” “I also hear that you are moving back to the states, in a week, since you’ve finished up here, and are you happy to be going back?” 

“yeah I am so excited, I have left so many people that I love back there I cant wait to see them again spend time with them and honestly when I left them 2 years ago it was one of the worst feelings I have ever experienced” I say

“was it about you ex? Dana Vaughns is it? From that hot boy band IM5? We saw the interview he did and he talked about you and told everyone about you and his relationship. Roll the video” he said. 

I looked up at the screen and watched the interview that Dana did. I talked to him on the phone a few times and he made me believe that everything was fine between me and him being friends, he even told me about his girlfriend Blaire, and from how he descibes her, she seemed really cool, and I told him about Enrique, it was weird at first but we needed to tell eachother. Obviously its not okay, he still has feelings for me and I would be lying if I said that I didn’t have any for him. He was the reason why me and Enrique decided to break up, he always thought that I would never love him as much as I loved Dana.

In Dana's interview he was crying which made me cry I cant believe this is actually happening. When the video finished the interviewer gave me a tissue and I wiped my eyes with it. 

“Sweety are you okay?” he asked and I nodded “this has got to be the cutest love story ever, I mean he still loves you after 2 years! 2! Tell me hija (in tagalog this is sometimes used in terms like sweety or darling or somma like that) how did you two meet?” I smile a little after he asked the question “we met because of my phone. I was going to perform at my step sisters 16th birthday party and I was late so I was running as fast as the wind on the beach, and I didn’t look where I was going and I bumped into him and both of us fell to the ground, all the items in my bag was spread across the sand, I put my phone down to pick everything up he helped me and then I ran for it, not noticing that he was the Dana Vaughns from IM5, who I have had a huge crush on  for years and I didn't notice that I left my phone. This was in Miami and back in the US when I live in California, and he found my phone and we were just chasing each other so he could give me my phone back, but sadly I already left for California, and I got my phone back at his L.A concert and yeah it took off from there….” 

*a week later* 

I am now on the plane back to the L.A, I couldn’t wait to get back. I didn’t know if I should see or call the guys yet. I sat in the plane and I was just thinking about the time when they all thought I was dead because the plane that I was supposed to be on crashed, I still feel a bit scared of planes since that happened but oh well, I wanted to see my family and friends. 

When I got back to California, I walked out of the plane to find my brother and Fran waiting with a cute little girl holding my brothers hand, she had light brown hair and had pale skin with big dark brown eyes. She was my little niece Sofia she’s named after my mom. She came running to me “TITA!” (which is aunt in Filipino) and she gave me a huge hug. After that I gave Fran and my Brother a hug too. They got married like 6 months after I left for Philippines. Sadly I couldn’t come to their wedding which pissed me off a bit. They no longer live in that small apartment anymore instead they live in this beautiful house, which I will be staying in until my things arrive and gets put in my apartment which was the old apartment I use to live in with my brother. Hopefully I’m still neighbours with IM5.
