A Few Questions

(Y/N)

Following the events at the USJ, the name given by the Heroes to the massive dome (Y/N) and Saber had landed in, (Y/N) was transported by shuttle bus back to their school. The monolithic building they called U.A. The two new arrivals where transported with the heroes, primarily to keep a close eye on them, and as a means of privacy from any prying eyes. Once they had reached the school, they were escorted by a burly man whom Saber informed him was called All Might, as well as a withered woman in doctors attire, using a comically large syringe as a cane.

Once they had arrived at their  destination, a large oak door, they all entered. It appeared to be your average office, with a table and two couches facing each other, sitting a top a red carpet.

" Ah you're here, I'll be just a moment, the tea has just finished." He heard a voice from the adjacent room call out.

What he saw come out of the room only mildly surprised him compared to the rest of the day. A small rat like creature walked out of the room, wearing a white button up shirt, black vest and pants, completed by a red tie. He had white fur,and black beady eyes, one which had a scar running across it. In his paws was a tea set on a wooden tray, which he carried over and set carefully on the wooden table, before sitting on the black leather couch that faced (Y/N)'s group, inviting them to sit down.

"Please please, make yourselves comfortable. We have much to discuss." The rat  spoke calmly, not to mention extremely politely, something that put both of the teens off.

(Y/N) and Saber sat on the couch facing the furry creature, while All Might sat across from (Y/N), with the doctor woman sitting adjacent to Saber.

"Now then, allow me to introduce myself. I am Nezu, this school's principal. The man next to me is All Might, and the woman is Recovery Girl." The rat, now known as Nezu, introduced himself as well as his colleagues, gesturing to them in turn.

"(Y/N), the girl with me is Saber. Quick question, why the nicknames?" (Y/N) responded, finishing with a question, something that had been on his mind since he'd arrived.

"Most heroes do tend to go by their hero names, as it's more memorable." All Might answered, as he rested his back against the chair.

Nezu poured himself tea, setting cups of the liquid out for the rest of them as well. All Might as well as Recovery Girl took their tea, while (Y/N) and Saber left theirs untouched.

"Heroes? I've been hearing that term a lot today. You say it as though it's a career choice." Saber questioned, after remaining silent for the better of the conversation.

"That's because it is for some. Those who have powerful quirks and a desire to help others become heroes and even make a living off of it." Nezu answered, before continuing.

"If you don't mind, I actually have some questions for the two of you. How did you end up in the USJ? Not to mention, these things we've told you are common knowledge, so why don't you know them?" The Principal questioned, his voice adopting a sharper, more serious tone.

(Y/N) eyed the three in front of him with a cold, calculative gaze. He studied them for a moment, before replying.

"Why should we tell you? I'm sure the feeling is mutual, but you three don't exactly seem trustworthy, save for any outside listeners." He spoke monotonously, the air around him growing cold with malice.

"The room we are in is often used for conversations like these, and as such has been soundproofed. No part of our dialogue can reach past these walls. As for a good reason to trust us.." Nezu brought his paw to his chin, sinking into thought for a few moments.

"Mr. Toshinori, would you be comfortable telling these children?" Nezu looked to All Might, presumably addressing him by his proper name.  Toshinori in return sighed for a moment, and nodded.

In a most literal sense, the big, muscular beefcake before him deflated, releasing a cloud of steam that covered his person. Emerging from the smoke was a disheveled skeleton of a man, clad in the same, albeit much baggier, tan suit and tie, and the two bangs sticking up like horns had fallen to the front of his face.

"No mask, this is me in my most true, and most vulnerable state. Only a handful of individuals have seen this form, many of which are sitting in this very room. The price of one secret is only truly paid for by another, and this may suffice." The skeleton known as Mr. Toshinori said in a still quite deep voice.

(Y/N) sighed, looking to Saber to confirm this decision. Saber, currently in her own train of thought, pondered for a moment before nodding to her coal haired comrade. He raised an eyebrow, before shutting his eyes to take a deep breath.

'Focus'

He looked up to the heroes, analyzing their expressions a final time before giving his story.

"We, to put it as simple as possible, are most likely from another world."

A silence covered the room like a blanket, as everyone was locked in thought, save for Saber's mildly surprised expression.

"Elaborate. While I can tell you don't seem to be lying, I simply don't have enough information." Nezu broke the silence with a request on the minds of most in the room.

"We came from a world of magic, in the midst of a holy war. Due to what I can only assume to be my own foolishness, I made a wish to start over, and the very next moment wind rushed past my face like a river, and I realized we were falling from the sky." (Y/N) continued. This was what he had deduced during his short time here.

"Son I must inform you that this is no laugh-"

"Do you promise this is the truth?" Nezu cut Recovery girl off. He could tell she was in no mood for jokes, yet he hadn't made any.

"That is the conclusion I have come to, yes." (Y/N) finished with a serious expression across his face.

" Well then I must present you an ultimatum. You two seem to be very talented, and you aren't done improving yet. So, the two of you may either enroll at this school and train to become heroes, or be arrested under suspicion of conspiring with the League of Villains." Nezu's ultimatum was given with curt and concise words. (Y/N) grit his teeth, not amused in the slightest at the rat's actions. He felt Saber's hand clasp his shoulder, delivering her decision which she very much did not ask him about.

"We accept. However I do have a final question. What is a Quirk?"

Midoriya

It had been a week since the attack on the USJ, and after being given time off to recover, we were returned to school to continue our studies.

Back to the grind, as they say.

It was still morning, and as the students were having their conversations, Midoriya saw a mummy walk in to the classroom, wrapped head to toe in bandages. The messy black hair gave everything away.

"Mr. Aizawa! Why are you here and not in the hospital! You still need to recover!" Midoriya, as well as many others exclaimed with concern for their teacher. They all had seen what that monster had done to him. They watched it slam his head into the concrete with such power to shatter it like glass. They were lucky the same didn't happen to his skull.

"Nonsense. My injuries will heal soon, and are none of your concern." He assured them with a dismissive wave of his good hand before continuing.

" Do keep in mind that we are still hosting the U.A. sports fesival, which will be held in two weeks. As it is one of the most popular events in both Japan, as well as the world, all eyes will be on you. This also includes Professional Heroes looking for interns, so keep that in mind. Before that however, we will have two new students joining us, so treat them well. You may come in now."

A/N: Whoa what is this? A chapter within a week of the last one? Sorcery! Yeah, I will try to have at least one or two chapters a week, unless it's a fight scene. Next chapter will be some info on (Y/N) and Saber, before we go into the sports festival. As always, leave any thoughts or suggestions in the comments!

Until next time!
