(Y/N), the evening prior

(Y/N) and Saber had concluded their talks with the Principal, and had left the school. Before they left, Nezu had given the two a sheet of paper marked with  an address, supposedly for the two's accommodations. He was impressed. He never would've assumed the principal's handwriting would be so neat given that he had paws. 

The two unfortunately had to take a train to their destination, which was an endeavor in itself. Even though the grail had gifted Saber knowledge of the modern world upon her arrival back in New Fuyuki, it had, in it's endless knowledge, not told her about the inner workings of Japan's subway system. 

"You blasted machine, let me pass!" Saber yelled at the entry gate. 

(Y/N) quietly slid his hand past her, inserting their tickets, and the gates opened. 

"Ah.. I see. My apologies." Saber had a defeated look on her face, which was appropriate, given that the incredibly vile machine had in fact bested her. Somehow.

(Y/N) snickered at her defeat, taking her by the wrist and leading her through the crowd and onto the subway. He had reached an impass, since as soon as Saber had boarded the train, she was followed by the crowd, and had fallen victim to the density of the passengers. She currently stood against (Y/N), close enough that her head sat directly under his chin. She looked to her feet in order to keep her prideful guise intact. (Y/N) was also feeling rather awkward, as he looked to the ceiling, suddenly interested in the advertisements.

The train had started by now, and there wasn't  much room for movement, so he kept one hand in his pocket, with the other holding a handle. The ride went by painfully slow, with Saber getting knocked into him every so often. Once their stop had finally arrived, they were quick to hurry off of  the train, and went about finding their lodgings. They found the address near the station, happening upon an apartment complex. 

"Nice, close to the station too." (Y/N) commented, walking up the stairway to the third floor, Saber in tow.

They found their apartment they'd been given by the school, and (Y/N) unlocked the door, entering to a decent apartment which was, surprisingly enough, furnished. He figured they must've prepared to host students before, and was impressed at the Principal's planning, keeping in mind to be wary of any suspicious rat-man-bear creatures he may encounter in the future.

Saber

Saber had decided to look around, walking across the hardwood floor of the main room. It was a joint living room and kitchen, with a kneeling table in the center of the living area. As she turned her gaze to the kitchen, she saw an island counter with stools at the front serving as a bit of a border between the two areas. In the back adorning the walls were black cabinets, which contrasted the white of  the wall tiles. It had everything else expected of a modern kitchen, including a stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave.

She explored further, finding a hallway that led to the bedrooms and bathroom. There were two bedrooms, one for each of them she supposed. The bathroom door led to a standard Japanese bathroom, and in the back was a door connecting to the washroom.

Entering a bedroom, she found a standard box spring bed against the wall next to a desk. On the opposing side was a small closet, containing a uniform. She assumed the uniform was for school, and closed the door, opting to deal with that in the morning. She changed into her regular clothes, and sat on the bed, laying down as she was absorbed by it's soft, comforting warmth. Her exhaustion from the battle set in, and her eyelids grew heavier.
