It was 6am. And I had to get ready for cheer leading practice with Somi. We've been awkward with each other since I had came out to her. Aren't friends supposed to except their anyway? Shouldn't they not judge because of their sexuality?
I hate her.
"Alright girls. We're facing RevLuv highschool this weekend. We need to improve our cheer routine okay? We can't loose." I announced to my squad. I was actually friends with the five main cheerleaders of RevLuv. They're actually really nice. Their names are Seulgi, Yerin (Yeri), Joohyun (Irene), Seungwan (Wendy), and Sooyoung (Joy). We're cool with each other if we loose any games. So it'll be fine.
"Um... Captain?" The shy girl, I think her name is Jisoo, spoke up.
"Yes?" I ask and smile softly to her.
"Where's Somi? And Jennie?" Jisoo asks quietly.
"Hm, I don't know. I think Jennie's sick and Somi... I don't really know." I said, gulping the lump in my throat of what happened yesterday with her. I walked over to the attendance clip board where my friend Lalisa was taking the attendance. "Hey, do you know where Jennie and Somi are?" I ask her.
"Yeah, Jennie's sick. And Somi, she's in the bathroom." Lisa says and I nod at her.
"Thanks!" I smiled at her and looked up. And I saw Y/n. She was wearing an oversized Billie Eilish sweater, with ripped high waisted jeans with black converse. She had her earbuds in, and she looked over at me. We looked at each other for a little bit and then looked away. I take a deep breath and see her sit on the top row of the bleachers. I go back to my cheerleaders since Somi had came back. And I told Jisoo that Jennie was sick.
"Captain!" I heard someone call out, and I look in their direction. It was Somi.
"Yes?" I ask and look at her.
"Are we going to start practice or not?!" She asks, almost yelling at me. I sigh and nod at her.
"Yes Somi." I said with an annoyed tone.
"Lets start practice."
