Alex POV

I watched as Zonnique kissed her cheek and for some reason I got really angry. Like who the fuck are you kissing my girl's cheek like that? Best friend or not, you don't put your lips or hands on her. I couldn't help but growl and glare at her when she walked passed. I calmed down a bit when I realized that Bahja or anybody else could have heard me growling. Probably would have thought that I was a freak or something and not what I really am...a wolf shifter. Yes I am a wolf SHIFTER, I say shifter because when I say werewolf people think about big ugly human wolf looking beast like the ones from the movie Underworld but we look nothing like them. We shifted into giant wolves that matches the color of out hair so mines would be a golden brown color with hazel eyes just like my brother. Anywayyyy...when I touched her hand and felt that electricity I knew at that moment that she was my mate. I can't believe it that Bahja Rodriguez is my mate!!!

After realizing that I couldn't bring myself to sit down next to her again. I just couldn't handle that feeling of the insanely deep connection we had, although I missed being around her and feeling her warmth. I decided to sit next to Chris.

"Heyyyy Babes"

"Hey love"

"What's wrong with you?"

"Oh nothing..."

He turned and looked at me like I was stupid or something.

"Come on Lex, something is wrong, I'm not your twin for nothing"

"It's nothing really.."

"Look I know she's your mate so why aren't you sitting with her?"

I looked at him shocked while tears slowly build in my eyes.

"I just don't want to sit with her...besides the plane is landing now"

"Don't be rude to her ok?"

"I won't I won't"

"Alright then"

We both fasten our seat belts and waited for the plane to come to a full stop before we got off and headed to the baggage claim to grab our things and head to the hotel.

"Lotus Hotel..?" I said as I walked in to the front desk and grabbed our room keys.

"Yeah it's the only one who wasn't completely booked" Rihanna said while taking her key

"Oh okay well I'm heading up to my room then I'm hitting the pool!!"

"Yessss!!! I've been dying to go to the pool"

I looked at my brother and laughed.

"Nigga you don't even swim in our own pool at the house" we walked toward the elevator and I pushed the button for the penthouse.

"So what? It's different for hotel pools"

Dana and I both laughed.

"Man whatever"

"How many hours do we have until the festival start?"

"Let's see it's 10:45am now and it starts at 1"

"Ok cool can't wait to see my baby!!"

"Ooo who Bahja??" Dana said with a huge grin on her face. I rolled my eyes and shoved her

"No Savannah stupid, since I wouldn't allow her to miss school by flying down with us, she's coming out today and should be there before us"

"Oh yeah I miss my nieceypoo, can't wait to see her!"

I pulled out my phone and decided to call my baby girl.
