Chapter XII

Bahja POV

I woke up feeling a bit hazy and I'm not really sure why but I felt different. I felt more energized and alert plus a little on the more stronger side. I sat up and realized someone carried me to a bed, I sat there trying to remember what happen before I woke up. After a few minutes of hard thinking all I can remember is being extremely hot and arguing with Alex....shit I need to go apologize asap. I hope she isn't too mad at me for acting like that. I've never been the one to get so jealous so quickly and then act out on it. Getting out of bed I nearly fell to the floor as large amounts of sounds and smells took over my ears and nose. I doubled over as the familiar feeling of heat washed over me. I cried silently as pain ripped through my body, the feeling of bones cracking, and my teeth extending. This feeling seems all too familiar to me but I can't figure out from where. I screamed and fell clutching the bed, soon I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me and felt a calm sensation flow through me.

"Alex....?" I said but it came out raspier than I intended.

"Yeah baby I'm here. Don't worry I got you." I looked up to see her smiling with pride on her face, next to her was Savannah watching and staring at me with amazement and slight adoration. With these two beside I felt strangely complete and warm. After what seem like hours of this pain, it finally ended and let me tell you...I felt absolutely amazing!!!! I stood up slowly not taking any chances of being in pain again.

"How do you feel?" Niq asked me while standing in the doorway and eyeing me a little nervously. I stretched and stood up completely.

"I feel great...like none of that ever happen." I eyed her and grinned. She's wondering if I actually and fully got my memories back and I did but she doesn't need to know that just yet. Serves her right for sealing them and Shay up in the first place. Alex hugged me tightly and lifted me up a little, I laughed as she put me down and stared into her eyes. I felt a deep rumble in my chest as I looked at her and Savannah with a huge amount of protectiveness and such love I've never felt before.

"MINE!!!!!!" I growled making Savannah jump and hide behind Alex. I turned toward her and my face soften as I reached out for her. She hesitated but took my hand and I pulled her into a huge then kissed her forehead, I left her go but she didn't. She buried her face in my neck and held onto me so I picked her up and laid down on the bed.

"Awwwwwww that's so adorable!!!! Bahja is a mommy now" Bre popped her head into the door and immediately guilt washed over me as I remember the things I've done. I got back up but quickly and quietly not to disturbed my now sleeping pup. Alex reached to take her from me but I growled lowly and moved out her arms reach. I know she's my mate and like the mother of this pup but so am I and I want my time with her. I walked up to Bre and before I said anything she held up a finger to my mouth

"I already know and it's okay. I get it...that's your mate even though you didn't completely know it yet." She grinned and kissed my cheek which made Alex growl, I turned to her and smiled.

"Relax babe." She huffed and rolled her eyes. Geez do I act like that when she's around other girls? I surely hope not.

"Oh no you're much worse" she laughed and kissed my forehead then walked out the room. I growled and laid Savannah down on the bed covering her up with a blanket. Walking out to the living room I sat on the arm rest of the chair my love was sitting in, she instantly pulled me on her lap and wrapped her arm around my waist. Mates sure are possessive aren't they? I heard her, Cj, And Dana laugh while I sat there looking a bit confused as I finally looked at the room. I sat Niq sitting on Cj's lap and Dana cuddled up with Bre. They all looked at me and kept laughing..

"Wait a min....what the hell did I miss???" Alex leaned in close to me and whispered in my ear then looked at me as my eyes went wide.

"Damn how long was I out?? I missed everything!!" I whined as everybody continued to laugh.

"It's not funnnyyyy " I pouted😫😫

"You slept like a bear" Niq died laughing

"Yeah a big ass wolf bear!!" Bre joined in.

I growled loudly which caused everyone to shut up. I smiled in triumph and stuck out my tongue before everyone started laughing again. Soon it was interrupted by my little pup running over to me and crawling in my lap, burying her face in my chest.

"Momma!!!" She said while crying. I nuzzled her trying to calm her down as I started to hum and stroke her hair.

"What's wrong little pup?" I said calmly.

"I-I-I had a bad dream..." She started crying again and I just started rocking back and forth a little while continuing to hum soon she was fast asleep. I glanced up as I felt stares.

"Damn Bahj...." Cj said while looking slightly envious

"How'd you do that?" Dana sat up and stared at me.

"What do you mean?" I stared at them confused

"Put her to sleep so quickly???"

"Yeah none of us but Alex has been able to do that" I laughed softly and looked down at Savannah.

"I guess it's just like you said..she feels the connection that I have with her mommy." I kissed her head

"Looks like someone has become taken over by the motherly-ness in her" Niq said while smiling but I can slight sadness in her eyes. I watched Cj look at her equally sad but pulled her closer and kissed her temple.

"Look you guys...don't even think about it okay?" I looked at all of them seriously

"No pups for any of you yet" I went to put Savannah back in bed then came back and sat down.

"Understood?" They all looked at Alex for confirmation. I felt insulted a little by this gesture I mean I am their Lunas as well. I cleared my throat and continued to stare at them. Suddenly Alex growled loudly and everybody snapped their heads back toward her.

"I believe your Future Queen of All Lunas asked you a question." She said well growled. They looked at her afraid of pissing her off anymore by disrespecting her mate and their Luna and bowed their heads.

"Understood Luna" they replied in unison. Alex got up still angry by the amount of disrespect they have displayed and kept mumbling about disrespectful wolves. I sighed and went to calm her down. I caught up with her and hugged her from behind as she walked.

"Bbbaaabbbeeee calm down" I received a growl in response. I stood and looked at her with my arms crossed.

"Don't growl at me okay? I'm not the one you're mad at" I rolled my eyes and began to walk off when she picked me up with one arm. Which is sexy by the way hehe 😍

"I'm sorry baby. I don't want anyone disrespecting get you like that. You have as much authority as I do I plan on making them realize that.." I looked at her as her muscle she to relax when she put me down and sighed.

"Fine just don't get angry so quickly. You need to work on that" I stood on my tippy toes and kissed her cheek. She laughed and kissed me fully on my lips.

"I will I promise" she smiled.

"So how are you going to do that?" I leaned against her

"Not sure yet besides a pack meeting but we'll have to wait until the festival is over" she leaned against the wall.

Before i got a chance to answer her we heard a loud crash, screams and smelled smoke. We exchanged worried glances before rushing out of the hallway....

Heyyyyy!!!! Finally re wrote the lost chapter and it actually came out a bit better than the last one.
It's a slight filler chapter. Sorry for the slight cliff hanger lol. Don't hate me.
