The Underground

Iron Man is a bitch. He treated me like friggin uranium ( I mean, really, do I give off an aura of fear or something?), drove me to some weird underground place in one of his fancy-ass sports cars, and just left me there. Now I'm hiding in a storage closet, waiting for some unlucky S.H.E.I.L.D. agent (that's what is says on their uniforms) to pass by. There goes one now. I pounced and within seconds there was an unconcious agent in the storage closet.

Her uniform was a bit small but after a few streches it fit (it was a suprisingly large storage closet). The uniform was a glorified catsuit with a zipped down the front. My nametag said I was Natash Romanov. Time to pretend I'm Russian.

I crept out into the hallway and tried to act like I belonged there. Some of the younger agents' eyes widened when they saw my nametag. Good thing that chick and I both have gingery hair.

"Natasha!", a man's voice shouted.

I spun around, "Yes?"

"There's a meeting in five minutes.", I spotted him on a perch about fifty feet away. He was about fiive-foot-nine, had brown hair, blue eyes, and a bow strapped across his back. His nametag read: Clint Barton.

"Thanks, Clint.", I turned around and started to look for the meeting room.

...

Clint was worried, "Director, there is a woman pretending to be Natasha on base."

"Walk her to the meeting room, chat her up, and see what you can find out about her."

"Yes, sir."

...

"Hey, Natasha, how's it going?"

"Good, how are you?"

"Good. Can I walk you to the conference room?"

"You can but it doesn't mean you will."

He laughed, "Took me a moment to figure that out."

I laughed and said, "You may."

He smiled and started to walk forewards, and I followed him down the hall.

Three floors, two incredibly long halls, and the sixth door on the left later, I was sitting in a comfy chair (inner giggle there at Doctor Who reference) and trying not to be bored out of my mind at this dude's monotone.

Suddenly, A siren started wailing. Everyone jumped up from their seats right away, except for me because mine was a little delayed. All of the agents rushed from the room. Well fuck. I was alone now. Time to explore. I cackled and rushed from the room.

The piercing klaxon rang through the air as people rushed to and fro. Some of them gave me odd looks.

The guy from earlier ran up to me, "Where is she?", he yelled.

"What?"

"Where's Natasha?"

"Erm, storage closet."

"Where!"

"Uhh, top floor."

"Show me!"

We rushed up the stairs (Despite what most people believe, stairs are faster than elevators if you are reasonably fit). I showed him whhere she was. He openned the door and she was still passed ouut, "Bullshit!", he turned to me, "Go fight, they're going to need help."

"What?"

"Go!", he yelled and I ran off.

Fight who? Where? What do they want with me?
