A/N: Here is my first story on Wattpad. This story will also be on my Tumblr (MunchyN ). I would also like to thank my friends for giving me enough inspiration to start this story. Among them is acoolusernamethatidk. I read her story and it FINALLY got me out of my writer's block. Anyway, enough of me blabbering out thanks to people. Let's get the story started.

I walked down the aisle of the shop. My friend had dragged me down to the mall for her birthday, and to say the least, I was not enjoying the situation. I internally groaned as we passed yet another set of shelves littered with shoes. How long was she gonna take to buy a single pair of sneakers?
Y/f/n turned to look at me all of a sudden, a pair of heels and a black dress were held up by her. "What do you think of these Y/n?"
I hesitated on what to say. Should I tell her that they were "ok", that they were the most wonderful things in the world? That they had the best color combo or that I really didn't care? I decided to go with, "It depends."
Y/f/n had a perplexed look on her face. "Depends on what?"
"On whether or not they're for you or me," I say, making a hand gesture towards her. She made an 'O' shape with her mouth.
"Never mind my question," she said. "How 'bout you just try them on." She didn't give me time to protest. She grabbed me by my arm and dragged me to the stalls where I would try the outfit on.
Y/f/n pushed me into one of the stalls with the dress and heels. She then proceeded by harshly closing the curtain. I sighed and stripped off my shirt and jeans... and shoes. I pulled the dress up and buckled the leather heels. The dress hugged me around the waist and chest, making it kind of hard to breathe. It was a nice dress. It showed off my shoulders and the skirt part had a very silky texture. Up front, it ended a little over my knees while at the back it ended at my ankles. I pulled it down a little and then pulled it up. It was frustrating that I couldn't wear it comfortably.
After finally getting the dress on properly, I tried to stand without wobbling in the heels that made me at least an inch taller than I was supposed to be. As soon as I was steady on my own to feet I pulled the curtain back and hobbled out of the stall. "Y/f/n!" I called out for my friend.
"Shit," I cursed under my breath. She makes me wear this and then she leaves me Stranded! I made my way shakily (and awkwardly) to one of the employees of the shop. I got his attention and asked him if he had seen a girl with (Y/f/hair color) hair. "She's about so tall..." I said, showing him her hight with my hand. "Have you seen her?" He shook his head no.
I huffed out in annoyance and frowned, looking around to see if I could find my friend's head on top of the many hangers with clothes she was probably scavenging. I thanked the employee anyway and walked around the store to search for Y/f/n. 'Let's see,' I thought to myself. 'If I were Y/f/n, where would I be? I could be in practically every single shop in the mall.' She just had to leave me here.
I went back to the stall and changed back into my Metallica t-shirt and denim jeans. Pulled out my phone and texted my friend.
"WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?!?" I texted. It took less than a minute for Y/f/n to respond.
"Somewhere over the rainbow," she texted back.
"SERIOUSLY!! Tell me! You left me all alone!"
"Just follow the pot of gold."
"You know how awkward I am!" I stared down at the screen of my phone in frustration. She could be so annoying sometimes! It was unbelievable! "YOU ARE SOOO ANNOYING!" I texted her. I was about to text some smart ass comeback for something Y/f/n had texted back when I felt myself collide against something. 'Darn it,' I thought. 'This is what happens when you get so caught up on your phone.' I landed on the cold floor with the thud of the impact of my tush against the ground. "Ouch, that hurt."
"I'm sorry!" I heard someone say. I didn't see who it was. I was too worried about my phone being OK. "Are you okay?"
(After I made sure my phone didn't break) I looked up to see the most beautiful ocean blue eyes. "Um-oh, yeah," I say. "Y-yeah I'm... fine. Thanks." The boy helped me up. He was a few inches taller than me and had the most adorable tooth-gap. Wait. I never would have thought I'd ever think (or say) that. As I mentioned before, his eyes were colored an impossibly bright and clear blue. His hair was dark and flopped over his eyes adorably. He ran his hand through it to get it out of his eyes.
"It was no problem," he said, getting me out of my thoughts. "Do you need any help? You looked kinda lost earlier."
"Um. I was just looking for my friend," I say. "She has long/short,(Y/f/hair color)(,curly) hair, she's around my height and age. The last time I saw her was in that shop I just came out of." His face was a little confused once I had finished talking. "I'm sorry. Was that too much at once?"
He shook his head. "If you want, my friends can help look for your friend too." I nodded a 'yes'. He took me to another four boys and told them he was gonna help me look for Y/f/n. I described what she looked like... again.
I walked around the mall. Peaking into the shops to see if Y/f/n was in them, but every time I found nothing. I texted her every now and then but she always answered with the same "follow the rainbow" crap. I shoved my phone into my pocket, going into Starbucks, the blue-eyed boy trailing behind me.
"I figured we could use a little break from searching," I said to the boy as I chose my order. "So what could be better than Starbucks?" I said the last part almost inaudibly. But apparently, he heard me, since he let out a small chuckle. I ordered my (preferred Starbucks drink) and sat at a table.
"You know," he started. "I never got your name." It was more of a question.
"Neither did I," I say to him.
"I asked first!"
"It's Y/n." He smiled, showing his tooth-gap.
"That's a nice name," he said. "Mines Daniel."
My eyes grew wide at what I saw over Daniel's shoulder. Y/f/n sat alone at one of the booths. Wearing the fakest mustache ever, along with a pair of aviators'.
"I am going to kill her," I mumbled.
"Who?!?" asked Daniel. He looked around in a sort of panic.
"I believe I have found my beloved friend," I say, pointing at Y/f/n. "Thank you for helping me and... ifyou'dlikewecouldhangouttogethersometimetime." I said as I quickly scribbled my number onto one of the napkins. I smiled at him and headed to Y/f/n.
Y/f/n took off her mustache as I sat down. She put it on me along with the aviators'. "And don't take them off," she warned me. I did as she said, not really minding the "disguise". Besides, none of the people that were staring at me with weird looks were people I knew. Plus, the people I do know already knew that me and my friends were the weirdest people you could ever meet and nobody questioned it.
"You left me alone in that shop!" I hissed.
"Look how good that decision turned out to be."
"I have two things to tell you; one, I am going to kill you, and second, his name was Daniel and he was helping me find you."
