"Actually we're here for the camp." Gabe replied.
"Oh, are you like groupies or something?" The guy laughed. "Are you following a boyfriend or a brother to their rooms with their shit or?"
"You wish, douche bag." I snapped. "We're actually going to be kicking ass on the ice for the next few weeks. So if you could step aside and let us get to our dorms, that would be great."
"Woah, sorry," He grumbled.
"Whatever duster," I rolled my eyes and Gabe and I turned to walk away.
"Wait," I heard him sigh. "Do you ladies need help to the dorms?"
"If you could point us in the direction it would be great." Gabe smiled. What the fuck this kid was a douche and shes being all nice? You for real here sister?
"Just follow the black arrows that are through the doors over there." The guy smiled.
"Thanks!" Gabe grinned. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name."
"I'm Carter, what about yours?"
"Gabe." She smiled, it was almost like she was flirting with him? I basically stood there with a look somewhere between disgust, horror, and a lot of chins.
"Cute," Carter chuckled. "I'll see you around, Gabe."
I turned and started to walk away from the nasty flirt fest between Gabe and super douche before I heard my name being called from behind me.
"Coven! What the fuck! Wait!"
"Gabe, wow," I sarcastically smiled. "I would've thought that you would've found another guy to get distracted with."
"Woah, why so salty?" She asked shockingly.
"Nothing, lets go." I sighed.
We walked in silence to the dorms and past probably 80 kids our age who all checked us out, blatantly and shamelessly.
"Gabe," I groaned under the weight of my gear bags plus all five hundred tons of clothes I decided to bring. "What was our room number?"
"Uhm, 306." She mumbled after looking at a small piece of paper my dad had left her in charge of before we left.
"Thanks." As we walked, I stared at the up and coming doors that were lining the hallway, hoping 306 would be the next one.
"303.." Gabe wined. "304.. 305.. Fuck finally, 306."
"That was probably the worst thing I've ever done in my entire life." I said as I dropped my gear on the floor next to the door.
"God, I know."
"So you have the key, right?"
"Yeah."
"Okay well open the door."
"I'm trying, calm down."
Gabe opened up the door after grabbing the key out of one of her bags and walked in.
"Holy shit Coven!" Gabe yell whispered so we didn't cause a scene, the door was still open. I walked in to see the most amazing dorm room I have ever seen. It was practically all white, which was the same as the rest of the arena. The beds were fitted with all white sheets and white comforters. The bedframes were made of stainless steel that looked as if it could be recycled material, which was super cool.
"This is so amazing!" I whisper yelled back at Gabe as I closed the door behind myself.
"I know! Shawty bed closest to the window." She said as she walked over to the other side of the room and dropped her shit on her bed.
