Reagan's POV
I shuffled forward, stumbling on the broken road. I looked towards Christy, who was marching on with her head high. I turned back and sighed.
I should have listened to her, she was right about the ambush. Gosh, what a naive thing to do.

As we approached their camp, I heard what sounded like a high-pitch whistle. I looked around for the source, when my captor hit my head and forced me to face forward. He growled, and pushed me to keep going forward.
"Chief" this pale, blonde man, then stopped the parade and ordered the rest of the men to take a break. He then grabbed us by our hair, and steered us down some stone steps. He also started talking, in a very brisk fashoin.
"Welcome to your new home, girlies. This is where you will spend three weeks training to become a hunter. We are very strict around here, so listen. we have many rules around here that you will learn in due time. If you break these rules, well let's just my crew is mighty bored. But here's the one concerning you: if you escape, which is very unlikely, we will hunt you down and skin you." He took his time pronouncing the word skin, drawing it out.
We suddenly stopped in front of a huge room, designed like a cage. Chief cut the ropes off of our arms, grazing my wrist. He then shoved us inside, and locked the door.
"Wake up, Sleeping Beauty." He yelled as he poked a figure in a corner. "You have company." When the figure didn't move, Chief shrugged and headed towards the door.
"Have fun kiddies!" He called as he slammed the door.
Suddenly, the figure whipped up its head. "Thank god he's gone. He's such a pain in the ass."
The figure pulled off a black blanket covering it face. Suddenly an oval face with striking dark blue eyes, black hair, and a piercing on her lip was looking at me.
"I'm Roxie. Roxie Waters."
