"Get your filthy paws off my horse you pathetic excuse of a human existence"

The atmosphere immediatly changed. The temprature dropped and [Y/N]'s stare could freeze lava. Neverless, she could tell the person in front of her was surprised at her sudden affront.

"You're playing a dangerous game" The grey hooded Dark Rider menaced.

"Oh no. You're playing a dangerous game, Jessica" [Y/N] growled back.

She knew she was dealing with the General Jessica because of the way her cloak and horse looked. Despite of that, [Y/N] wasn't quiet done yet.

"[H/N]!" [Y/N] demanded at her horse. [H/N] instantly knew what his/her rider wanted and bit Jessica's hand with tremendous force, causing her to yelp and let go of the reins. As fast as possible [H/N] ran to [Y/N]'s side.

"How dare you!" Jessica spoke in a domestic manner, holding her hand in pain. The way her tone in voice changed intimidated [Y/N] more than she'd like to admit.

All of a sudden a second ball of dark light came flying towards [Y/N]. She got trained to have real fast reactions, so time was almost going in slow motion and her senses were on high alert.

Without further thinking [Y/N] replied to the reckless attack by throwing a streak of light directly at the ball, making it dissolve. The light streak didn't stop and hit Jessica. She and her horse flew backwards to the ground.

[Y/N]'s mouth gaped open as she realized what she has just done. Now there's officially no way she could get out of this mess.

Stunned and in shock Jessica got back onto her feet, chuckling darkly.

"Now this makes things interesting"

She pulled her hood down, revealing her black hair and green eyes, which were burning with fury and determination. A devilish smirk appeared across Jessica's face.

"Tell me, what's someone of the Rebellion doing here, all alone?" She said vile and mockingly. [Y/N]'s eyes widened in shock. How could they possibly know about their existence? Did the trainers knew that the Rebellion was already exposed?

Catching her off guard, Jessica attacked [Y/N] once more, but this time with more force. [Y/N] got thrown into the ashes covering the usually green ground.

[Y/N] immediatly got back up and prepared to attack back. She shot a thunder bolt towards Jessica, but she dodged and it hit the floor. Ashes got stirred up, creating a winter-like surrounding.

Neither [Y/N] nor Jessica could see each other for a moment. [Y/N] used the moment to her advantage and mounted [H/N]. Ironically Jessica did the same.

They both galloped counter each other, preparing to assault their enemie.

Merciless attacks colliding with each other created explosions and engulfed the burnt down battle field with thick smoke. This battle went on for minutes and minutes, draining the powers of the girls. Somewhen, [H/N] caught glimps of something that terrified him/her.

"[Y/N], there's a second one!"

[Y/N] frantically looked around until her eyes landed on a red hooded person approaching in a fast pace. [Y/N] eyes grew wide and she irrationally prepared another attack.

"Back down, [Y/N]! Back down!"

Like someone just flicked a switch, [Y/N] shot back into reality. She realized the situation she was in and knew there was no way she could put up with two Dark Riders.

She led [H/N] into a swift gallop and brought as much distance between her and her attackers as possible. But it was useless. They both caught up quite quick and were far too close for [Y/N] liking. Her hands were moisted in sweat and her expression streched into a mask of fear and terror. Her heart was racing like a marathon.

[Y/N] shot a ball of electricity to the ground behind her and stirred the ashes up once more. It brought a bit of distance inbetween her and the Dark Riders, but she's still far, far away from losing them. Her powers were drained and her lips were as dry as a dessert underneath the burning sun. The warm blood from her hurting nose was still running down her face.

[Y/N] entered something looking like a swamp, at least what it was supposed to be. The muddy ground made it even harder for [H/N] to keep up his/her pace. The Dark Riders seemingly had no problems since they were riding as smooth as a knife gliding through butter.

[Y/N] took a turn through the warm water as a streak of dark light barely missed her.

She saw a big gap in the rockface. Without thinking she guided [H/N] right into it, but the Dark Riders followed suit.

Halfway through, [H/N] stumbled and fell down. Exhaustion was stronger than the horse, so he/she didn't got back up.

[Y/N] shot back onto her feet and ran to [H/N], taking his/her reins and pulling on them desperatly as she was trying to bring her horse off of the ground.

Thunderous hoof sounds bounced off the stony walls of the canyon.

[Y/N] stood rigid with terror, too overwhelmed to move. Sweat was pouring down her forehead like buckets and her body didn't want to listen to her command to run.

The Generals came into her view and she internally said goodbye to her life.

Jessica and the other rider dismounted their horses and slowly came walking towards [Y/N].

She was frozen spot, her body tensed up to the point of shaking. Her mind was scattered and switched between terror and disturbia. She was trapped.

"It's over" The red hooded one said viciously. [Y/N]'s head shot up and she saw a stony bridge connecting the two ends of the canyon. Almost like her body went on autopilot, she collected all her remaining powers and shot a powerful streak towards the bridge, catching everybody by surprise.

It broke into big pieces and fell down directly on the Dark Riders. A few stones bounced off the ground and hit [Y/N]'s face. One even hit her eye, making her yelp in shock.

[Y/N] put her hands over her eye and kept staring at the pile of rocks, which was now covering the Dark Rider girls.

After a while of no response she let her guard down and her body relaxed. She did it. She escaped two Dark Riders.

As soon as the adrenaline in her body dulled her nose started hurting again and she had a weird taste on her lips. She remembered her nose bleeding, but it really concerns her that it didn't already stopped bleeding.

[Y/N] looked down herself just to see her shirt covered in blood.

"Fuck..."

"[Y/N], we need to get out of here" [H/N] spoke as he/she hardly hoisted himself/herself back up. [Y/N] nodded and took her horse's reins, leading him/her away from the area towards the ocean.

They walked up a hill which protruded out of the water and [Y/N] simply stared at the horizon. She shook her head as she started to panic again.

"[H/N], let's get back underground"

Easier said than done. Just as the words left [Y/N]'s mouth she felt unbearable pain shooting through her body and she saw the water inching closer. Her body fell into the cold embrace of the ocean as she lost consciousness.
