I run and hide

You catch and seek,

There are rules to abide

So don't you dare peek.

I hid and waited

But you never came,

I sat still, still situated

Dawn to dusk, how weary I became.

I got up and went to you

Not having a single clue,

What I saw stuck me to the floor like glue

There were red everywhere it looked like a splatter of goo.

How foolish, I became distraught.

You were killed;

A lesson was taught,

My lips are sealed.
