Neveah West was the definition of the perfect poster child. She made perfect scores on everything, she didn't get into trouble, she was friendly and responsible. She didn't do drugs or smoke cigarettes or drink alcoholic beverages. She had no experience with boys. She hadn't even had her first kiss or had a boy touch her.
