Chapter 2: The Battle Begins

Above the space of Equestria, the space battle raged. Both sides had deployed fighters and began dogfighting. Unfortunately, one of the Republic Crusiers was quickly blown to pieces, and with a break in the Republic fleet's formation, General Grievous, from the Separatist command ship, commanded, "Team Rocket, get ready, our forces are about to invade the planet."

The TRio replied, "Yes sir." Then they headed out.

Grievous turned to his Super Tactical Commander Droid and said, as he got up from his chair, "I'm going down there too. You're in charge up here."

The STCD replied, in its low mechanical voice, with a bow, "Yes, General."

On Equestria, the Separatist drop ships started landing and deploying Battle Droid ground troops. In the forest, it was a firefight. Clones and Droids going down one after another. There were battles like this all over the place. In one area, Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, and Eeyore, all of them wearing pots and pans for helmets, were with a squad of Clones behind some barricades of pillows and sandbags, under heavy fire from Battle Droids. In the back of this makeshift barricade base, Rabbit was commanding with a checkerboard. Piglet showed up and saluted, before saying, "Our forces have retreated to the left."

As Rabbit moved the checker pieces around, he asked, "To the left?"

Piglet replied, "Yes that's right."

Rabbit moved the pieces back, "To the right?"

"To the left is right."

"Well if they're on right then whose left?"

"Our forces are on the left to the right."

Rabbit threw his hands up in frustration, "The back of the left or the right of the front?"

Just then, Tigger bounced in and moved all the checker pieces around, while saying, "King me."

(This whole scene is from the episode To Bee or not to Bee, from The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh).

Rabbit screamed, "Just get to the catapult and take those Droids out!"

As Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger began loading a catapult with fruit, the Droids kept firing at the clones. In one part of the barricade, 4 Clones, one behind a turret were firing at a squad of 3 B1 Droids and 3 B2 Droids. They took down one B1 Droid before 3 of them were gunned down, including the one behind the turret. The one remaining Clone kept firing, soon joined by 2 more Clones, one of them taking the turret and taking down one of the B2 Droids.

Once the catapult was full of fruit, Rabbit began to shout in a panic, "Aim. Fire!" Upon the command, Pooh and the others fired the fruit at the squad of 2 B1 Droids and 2 B2 Droids, knocking them out.

Unfortunately, more Droids began to move in, attacking from all sides. Some of them even brought some tanks with them. The tanks fired, taking out a few Clones and the catapult.

Piglet jumped into Pooh's arms and screamed, "Oh, de-de-dear!"

Pooh patted his friend's head and said, "Don't worry Piglet. I'm sure Rabbit has a plan."

Rabbit began to panic, run around, and shouted, "They're everywhere! Run for your lives!"

Tigger joined him and said, "It's horribble. We're outnumbered ten gazillion to one."

Just then, Pinkie Pie popped up, asking, "Really? Because the last time I counted there's more than one of us."

Rabbit shook his head, "No, Pinkie. It's a-." Then he jumped in shock, "When did you get here, Pinkie Pie?"
