Chapter 3: The Battle Reaches New Heights

Above the planet, the space battle raged. Unfortunately, The Republic was not doing too well, as the Separatists still had 5 Cruisers left, while the Republic only had one. A few Republic Starfighters took out some Vulture Droids and Droid Starfighters before another wave of Vulture Droids and Droid Starfighters came in and took them out. The last Republic cruiser fired at a Separatist cruiser, after several shots it exploded. However, the other Separatist Cruisers opened fire on the Republic one, destroying it.

The STCD on Grievous Command ship said, "Good. Now deploy reinforcements to both ground troops and our forces stationed on the Moon Base."

One of the Battle Droids at one of the consoles saluted and replied, "Yes sir."

Over by the Moon Base, inside the Base, Princess Luna had just teleported in with a squad of 4 Clones. They immediately started firing on the Commando Droids still there. Some laser shots and Luna's magic blast took out 3 of the 5 Commando's. The other 2 Commando's charged in, while they dodged blasts. However, a shot from the Clone Commander and Luna knocked the blasts from the Droid's hands. Unfortunately, one of the Commando's pulled out a sword and tried to attack Luna. So she teleports into the air. As the Commando turned around to face her, she blasted it in the chest, destroying it. The last Commando tackled the Clone Commander to the ground, causing his gun to be knocked from his hand. One of the Clones shouted, "Commander Jet!"

Jet replied, as he struggled and rolled over the floor with the Commando, "I've got it, Razor." The Commando punched him in the head, so Jet punched him back. They kept rolling, until they were near Jet's gun, with the Commando knocking off his helmet to strangle him. As he began to be choked, Jet sweated and struggle to grab his gun. The Commando laughed until Jet managed to get his gun and blast the Commando in his head. After knocking the dead Droid over and catching his breath, Luna levitated his helmet over to him.

Once he put it back on and got up, Luna walked over to him and said, "Commander Jet, you and Razor will help me unjam the terminals so we can contact the Republic." Both troops saluted and went to the consoles. Luna turned around and pointed at the front door, "Jek and Jester, you two guard the entrance." The other 2 Clones nodded and took positions up at the door. Luna then flew over to the consoles.

However, before they could do anything, 6 Magnaguards immediately blasted through the doors, knocking Jek and Jester back. Luna, Jet, and Razor started firing on them, only for them to spin their electric staffs like crazy, blocking the shots. As Jek and Jester recovered, they tried to fire at the Magna Guards, only for one of the Magna Guards to knock Jester across the room, landing on Commander Jet, knocking the pair out. Then, before Jek could fire a blast, the Super Tactical Droid came in through the door and fired at Jek with his blaster, hitting Jek in the chest, killing him. At the same time, Luna charged at 3 Magna Guards, firing a magic blast. Unfortunately, they dodged the blast, then surrounded the Moon Princess. They each shocked her with their staffs, one on her backside and the other 2 on her left and right. Luna extended her wings and used a magical push to knock the 3 Droids back. She then turned to her left and blast one of the Magna Guards destroying it. However, this allowed the other 2 Magna Guards to shock her with their staffs again. As the Princess screeched in pain, Razor blasted one of the Magna Guards in the head. Once the Droid fell over, Luna pushed the other Magna Gaurd back. She smiled at Razor and said, "I appreciate your help, Razor." He nodded, as she levitated one of the destroyed Magna Guard's staff's over to her and crossed electric staffs with the other Magna Guard. Another Magna Guard came at Razor, who started shooting, only for the Droid to spin his staff and block the blasts. While the Super Tactical Droid shot and killed Razor from behind. Luna and the Magna Guard crossed weapons twice more until the Magna Guard lunged at her with his staff. Luckily, Luna flew back and dodged the attack, then flew forward and jammed the staff right into the Magna Guards chest, causing its eyes to stop glowing and for it to fall to the ground. As Luna smirked, the 3 remaining Magna Guards shocked her from behind, knocking her out.
