Chapter 5- The Unexpected.

Chapter 5- The Unexpected.

I threw my cigarette out the window as we pulled into the car park of the restaurant we decided to go to. "I can't believe you had another cigarette even though I said no smoking" Cleo said shaking her head.

"Cleo I've been smoking since I was 11, that's 6 and a half years I've been smoking" I said. "It's not as easy as you think".

For once Cleo managed to shut my door without slamming it, I knew it wouldn't last long though she's Cleo. Me, Cleo and Liv headed into the restaurant.

"Table for 3?" The waiter asked smiling.

"Yes please" Liv said winking and then bit her lip. The waiter cheeks became red, which me and Cleo had to giggle too.

The waiter led us too our table. "Can I get you anything to drink?" He asked

"3 cokes please" I said. "Diet for me though please" I smiled reading over the menu.

"Do you know what your ordering, or would you like your drinks first?" He asked

"We're have three pepperoni pasta's please" Cleo said handing the menu's back to the waiter.

"I'll be back with your order soon" The waiter said.

"So Charlie, was what those girls were saying in English true?" Liv asked looking at me.

"I don't think talking about that is a good idea Liv" Cleo said cutting in.

"No Cleo it's fine. Yes Liv it's true, I slept with Jace Hunter and then he left me the next morning" I said. I tried to steady my breathing without it being obvious, tears threatened to spill and I prayed that they wouldn't. "But he shown his true colours and that's all that matters" I said, my voice didn't come out as strong as I had hoped but it still was stronger than I thought it would be.

"I'm sorry" Liv said sending me a small smile.

"It's fine, can't change what happened and I don't regret what happened. I just" I couldn't finish the last bit off because I feared if I said it that it would become real.

"Miss him?" Liv asked.

I nodded my head closing my eyes. "It's his loss Charlie" Cleo said grabbing my hand.
