I'm rushing to get to history.
Luckily I make it just in time, and I see Quinn sitting with a bunch of his friends in the back.
I'm trying to sit close to Quinn, but his friends are hogging all the seats, so I just sit in the seat closest to him.
The teacher, Mr. Peterson , walks in and takes roll, giving me no time to talk to Quinn. As Mr. Peterson is taking roll, I'm staring at Quinn, yet he is having so much fun with his friends that he isn't noticing my deep gaze.
Another boy in the seat next to me notices me staring at Quinn, and he quickly asks me "What are you doing?"
Flustered, I reply "I'm not doing anything. Mind your own business."
He gives me a dirty look and turns away. Afterwards, I think to myself "What is it gonna take to make Quinn notice me?"
An idea popped into my head. I take my shoe off and slightly kick him. I quickly place my foot back in my shoe.
Quinn makes a puzzled face. I can't tell if he's puzzled about me sitting with his friends, or who just kicked him.
I say confidently,"What's up Quinn?" He looks at me and just sneers. A little piece of me dies. Well, if he can't notice me, then I guess I should maybe cross him off my list.
Ugh, I just don't have the heart to do that, sadly I still feel something for him.
Feelings aren't something that fade easily.
