Chapter 20: Icy cave

(In the top of the cliff)

~Paola (Zoroark) POV~

I saw everyone shiver in coldness they were so cold they just wanted to go somewhere warm, we heard some howl coming from below, I move my ears as I heard the howl. The dogs look around the place.

Nikki: "Oh great things are not bad enough, now we got wolves"

Dogs: "Wolves!"

I shook my head as I roll my eyes, I howl back at the wolves. I heard them say Balto, I look down at the cliff. I saw Balto holding the rope and drag the medicine to the top of the hill, everyone cheer for him, I smile to him. He almost fell but he got back up to his feet, he continue climbing up the hill, the dog was saying good things and then the other dog said it in a short way, the other dog sat on his head, I laugh bit.

I look at Balto, he took a step I saw a wolf print, I smirk at him, he was almost there to the top, we all cheer for him in a good way. When he made it to the top of the hill, the dogs help him pull the medicine up.

They all cheer for him, we tied the rope on the sled, we started running to the same place where we got ourself lost. We stop there for a minute, all the dogs were scared, afraid and shock sometimes. Balto sniff in the air then he tilt his head, then we started running over there making a way there.

We were in some kind of bridge, we walk slowly trying not to brake the bridge. Some of us look down feeling scared, I heard the bridge crack a bit.

Balto: "Run!"

We all started running to get out of the bridge, the bridge broke to pieces the sled almost made it out go the bridge. Balto almost started to fell down a bit, but I grab Balto rope, I climb up hard trying to make sure not to hurt him that much. The other dogs help me pull them up to the top the sled slowly got out of the bridge, we look behind then we walk.

I saw Balto move his tail up to the dog noise, he got allergies he sneeze so loud I think South America could hear it. We continue walking like nothing was going to happen to us, my ears flick a bit. I heard the something start falling down. We turn around, we saw an avalanche heading our way, we started running away from the avalanche. Balto saw a cave in the mountain, we ran in the cave to get away from the avalanche.

The avalanche block our way to go back so we had to walk forth. We continue walking in the cave, we saw some spikes on the top of us, Balto told us to be quiet. Balto tails went up to the dog nose again, he started to sneeze again. I put my finger near his nose and he stop trying to sneeze, he smile at me, I continue walking with him.

We heard the sled hit down the ground which sorta made a loud. We all look up, one of the sharp ice fell down at the back of the sled, it was so close to the sled. We look up again the spiky ice was started to fall.

Balto: "Run!"

We ran to get out of this icy cave, all the spiky ice hit down on the ground we had to move out quick. One of the spike ice hit the sled which made it go the other way, Pichu look at the box then she went to Balto as we ran trying to get out. Pichu pull a bit on Balto's ear, he look at her.

She pointed to the box one of the bottles fell, Balto try to run back but couldn't there was an icy spike in front of him, he jump on it then he jump again to the sled, it close the box, Pichu went back to the sled. Balto smile and continue running forward, we were almost there out of this cave till more spikes came down we had to run faster than ever, we made it out alive. We continue running to the village.
