Chapter Twenty One

Becca's p.o.v.

I smell him right before I feel his arms wrap around my waist, resting his head on my shoulder we both just stand there and watch as the fire burns, I feel like it is burning away the last remnants of the entire ordeal.

"Becca, everyone wants to see you, I told them to hold off until you are ready...but I just saw the lot of them sneak through your laundry into the cave" I chuckle at the childishness of my friends.

Turning around I walk towards the house, Cal right behind me, we head down the stairs and into the cave where I am crash tackled by the girls. The squealing in my ears makes me wince, I had forgotten how loud they are. Chuckling we all get to our feet and the guys all give me a hug, I missed all of them and am glad to be back with them all.

We spent the rest of the day hanging out watching movies and catching up until I get tired and Cal kicks them all out. They are going to give us a few days to ourselves so I can recoup, my parents had popped down to see me during the day, I found out that because of Calvin, my folks had actually moved next door with his parents and he had been living here in my room alone the entire time I was gone.

Cal scoops me up bridal style and caries me up to my room, sliding into bed we cuddle together, the silence is nice but I can feel he wants to say something to me. After a few more minutes of silence I look up at him curiously in hopes he will finally say what is on his mind.

Cal sighs taking a deep breathe, "Baby, when you were...gone...my father delayed my taking over the Alpha title...technically I took on the job but the actual title still is his...and well...he told me that he wouldn't be handing it over officially until we found you...and now that we have it means you will also have to take over the Luna roll...I know.." I cut him off by putting my finger on his mouth and smile up at him.

"Cal sweetie, I get it, when is the ceremony going to be?" I smile at him while he takes a relieved breathe.

"In two days...he wants to get it done seeing as everyone already treats me like I already have the title, we still need the ceremony to make it official...and well...Urgh...yeah..." he pulls me close wrapping me even more in his arms, I know there is something else he wanted to say but didn't and I feel it is something really important.

"Cal, what's up, why didn't you finish talking, what else could th...oh we haven't completed the mating yet and the ceremony is in two days" I feel him stiffen against me.

"Don't worry Becca, I don't expect anything like that from you any time soon, I know you have been through a lot over these last couple of months and you need to get back t..." I smash my lips on his silencing him from saying anymore.

Within moments we have repositioned so he is on top of me, our kiss deepening and becoming more urgent and passionate, I grab his lower back pulling him into me, rubbing against him. Cal breaks the kiss first pulling away from me and sitting up, I follow suite.

"Becca baby, I said it can wait" I take a deep breathe and pull his shoulder so he turns to look at me, "Cal, I may have been gone for a few months but we had already been together for a couple months and with out the interference of that monster it would of happened a long time ago...besides that I don't think I can wait any longer, I want you to be mine in every possible way as soon as pos..." he smashes his lips against mine.

I quickly move forward and straddle him, one of his hands buries into my hair while his other wraps around my waist, pulling me in hard against him. I pull away for a breathe while he continues kissing along my jaw, moving his way down my neck. I grab the hem of my shirt pulling it up and over my head, for a moment he stops kissing me and removed his as well.
