You couldn't get it out of your head. The memory of the day your close friend, Lisa had died.

She was so close to you, like two peas in a pod. She healed people with medical treatment that wasn't in this time. You knew a fair bit about it, thanks to Lisa. It didn't really help the fact that you two looked so much alike to each other. When the people of the church took Lisa away, you instantly knew Lisa's fate.

She was tied up to a wooden stake in front of villagers, even you. When the flames begin to grow bigger, you went up and tried to save your friend from the burning flames.

But you were too late.

She was already gone.

Burnt to death.

You stepped back from the dying flames when they started to grow bigger than ever. You hid behind a building, watching as the flames took the shape of a man's face. He didn't look too pleased.

You listened to every word he hissed out to the other villagers, swearing to kill them all if they didn't leave in a year.
You didn't need to be told that twice.

You fled into the woods to your home. You burst in, running to your room, packing whatever you can. As soon as you double checked what you need, you ran out and hid behind a tree as a demon crashed into your home.

It swung its long, sharp claws at everything in sight. Three more came in and destroyed your home. You ran away from the wreckage and never stopped. You were starting to lose your breath from running until you tripped. Your head hit something metallic and a little rusty.

You looked up and saw a gate leading to an abandoned village. You pushed yourself up with your arms and stood up. You dusted yourself and noticed that your stuff had fallen all over the ground. You quickly gathered all the stuff from the ground and shoved them in your bag.

You kicked the gate open, wasting no time to run in an stable home and shut the door behind you. You let out a sigh of relief, resting your hands on your knees. You looked up and saw a couple of things you needed. A table, a furnace, some rooms, etc. You walked over to the table and placed your bag on it. You pulled out your medical equipment, some food and some weapons.

You grabbed the loaf of bread and broke it in half. You brought it to your lips and took a bite. You continued to take bite of the bread and took sips of water. You finished the bread in no time and finished the water.

"Need to get more food." You whispered, putting a long cloth over your materials and putting on a cloak. You walked out your new home, closing the door and went outside the village. You used your magic to teleport yourself in a more lively village, filled with villagers and children.

"Food stall." You thought. You pulled your hood off and looked around. You eventually found a stall filled with food. You stood at the stall, waiting patiently for the owner to turn around. He turned and noticed you.

"Oh! Hello there, young lady! What brings you here?" He asked with a booming voice.

"I was hoping to buy some food." You said. You took out some coins and showed him. He took a close glance at them and smiled.

"Well, you can buy anything you want! You have enough!" He said. You looked around for the food. You pointed at some food that you couldn't reach and grabbed a couple of apples. When you thought you had enough food, you kindly paid the man the coins you had. You still had plenty left.

"Thank you, kind sir. I have plenty of food." You said, putting the food back in the bag. You bowed your head at him and walked off.

When you got out the village and far away from it, you teleported back to your new home and ran in the house. You were about to close the door when a vampire landed in front of you, hissing loudly.

You gasped and took out your sword, blocking every attack he did. You saw an opening, so you took it as an opportunity to stab the vampire and cut his head off. It's headless body fell backwards. You cleaned the blood and closed the door.

You walked up to a room with a very stable bed and sat on it, letting the tears you held in when you left Wallachia hit the wooden ground. Your long cloak was dirty and ripped from all the running and fighting. You took it off, feeling a little hot.

You wore a long dark blue dress with the puffed sleeves hanging low from your shoulders and some sturdy boots. Your fashion wasn't around this time as you learnt how to sew and make clothes. Your (L/S) (H/C) hair was loosely tied in a low ponytail with a black bow. Your hair hung over your shoulders and down to your chest.

You let yourself fall backwards, your arms spread out wide. You looked up at the ceiling.

"Why you Lisa? You did nothing wrong. Why did they have to take you away?"
You whispered, feeling more guilty as the memories played through your head. You cried yourself to sleep, not knowing something was watching you with interest.
