When my mum died I was devastated. It felt like I had lost that piece of me that I though I would have forever. But when I saw my little sister for the first time I rejuvenated, ready to start afresh. A new life, A new day and I'm feeling good. :')

A/N Okay so note that Rosalinda actually only saw her sister for the first time 6 Months she was born. Her father was looking after Sky, Her brother was also broken but saw their little sister occasional it was only her that took that long.

"Hey Rosalida" He say rolling the 'r' perfectly. The way he says my name. *swoon*

"Alec" I say formally.

"how many times do I have to tell you to call me papi" he winks at me. I might just melt.

"I'll call you papi" some random girl shouts. I glared at her. "or nahhh" she replies quickly.

"I see your fighting off the predators for me," He says with a smirk. I smile.

"whatever" I say nearly laughing. You see me and Alec are friends and flirt with each other. I may have a crush on him but I dont think we would be more than that.

We walk to class together laughing and talking, just like every other day. Same lessons, same friends, same lifestyle.

Maybe I need something new.

Sky's POV (the next day)

"I'm walking on sunshine, whoa ohoh,I'm walking on sunshine, whoa ohoh, I'm walking on sunshine, whoa ohoh, And don't it feel good Hey!, And don't it feel good Hey!" I sing dancing around my room. I suddenly jump as I her a loud slow clap.

My brother with his phone in his hand has a wide grin on his face ."now that is going on my Snap Story"(A/N Its snapchat btw).

I just shrug. I quickly grab my back pack and follow him out my door. (OOTD- Grey cropped jumper with Black high waisted jeans and black heeled Chelsea boots.

"Looking good little sis" Rose says as we get in the car

"Same to you big sis" I say grinning.

I feel so happy today. I finally have something to look forward to going to school.

We all sit in comfortable silence until Josh speaks.

"he's on the basketball team you know" What is he talking about? But rose got in before me.

"What the hell are you talking about"

"Reece! Freckled face boy, he is a basketball player."

"And so..." I say

"This means he can break your heart" he stated.

"Who said I gave it to him?" I answered teasingly

"Just warning you"

"And he is just a friend" I state as the car halts. I quickly grab my rucksack and left the car without another word. I swiftly dodge students as I made my way to my locker. Opening the lock I get my textbooks for the day, as I shut my locker I herd a squeal from down the hall. I see Jordan standing their wearing a oversized, off shoulder, creme knitted jumper with black leggings and brown long heeled boots. She had her hair tied in a messy bun.

"Sky!!!" Jordan shouts running towards me. "the sky is bright today knowing I have a friend that is a girl to confide girly time with"

"okaaaaaaay then" I stretch out. "Wait so who did you have before. To do girly stuff with."
