Zoya had told many people including her family and herself many times; she was living for herself; her joys; her choices. She was happy.
Now she wondered how many of her choices in last 6 months had been made truly solely for herself. Thinking back now, almost every choice was touched by some Aditya memory.
Her happiness had waxed in anticipation of his return and had waned when yet another day there would be no hope or news.
When learning to drive she had often thought of the look on his face when he first saw her behind the wheel.
Or she would go all sad recollecting his bad days when he drank one too many; had been reported for drunk driving; lost control; almost ran her over.
Or how he had driven like the devil possessed to reach Hooda House and save his people and guests from a bomb blast.
When she had enrolled for the Public Speaking + Be Assertive Workshop, as she was filling her forms she had heard a voice in her head and smiled.

Yeh Ghalib the na!The lady at the registration counter had remarked that she had not seen a happier participant.
In the workshop there was a session to over exaggerate and say something overly dramatic on the spot for 15 seconds with minimum repetition and she had aced it. Each participant was given a different sentence each.
