If you really really care for a healthy brain then sleep for 8 hours. Check your time schedule before sleeping.

You will sleep as late as 12am and wake up as early as 6am you are damaging your brain.

I don't know how much time your work or school demands or what ever you do demands make sure you take care of your brain.

Without your brain you won't be able to do anything.
