Prologue/Chapter 1: Fuyu's Origins

Author's POV

Chaos. That's all that was seen for the village of the Foxes. There were houses burning, people being murdered, children being taken away and killed, and the Kitsune-no-Kage and his wife killed while trying to protect their only son and heir. Some of you may be thinking that this is just the beginning but it is far from it. This is the ending that lead to a great shinobi's start. This is the event that lead to Fuyu Kitsune finding his shinobi way of life and becoming the (2nd) greatest shinobi hero in the elemental nations. And that's about to start right now.

Fuyu's POV

~Flashback~

~Fire...Blood...Sadness...Pain. I was being dragged to the "safe house" by my mother while my dad was fighting those guys that showed up with the kunai, daggers, and swords. Mother looked scared and some other emotion I couldn't understand back then. We kept running until I heard a rustling sound and footsteps behind us. I was about to tell mother but I guessed she heard it as well seeing as how she suddenly stopped and turned around while pushing me behind her. I was scared and was about to ask her what was happening but before I could the person started saying stuff to her.

Person:"Well, well if it isn't Black Fox herself, and her little son as well."

Mom:"What do you want." she said with what I now know as malice in her voice.

Person:"Oh nothing. I'm just here to kill you and take your little boy away and give him to my boss." the man replied.

Mom:"You will NOT be taking my son anywhere!" She got into a defensive position and held a kunai in her hand instead of her daggers. She turned around to face me and gave me her special daggers that were silver with pale blue accents along the grips in the shape of vines and sapphire gems in the shape of snowflakes where the grips meet the blades. As she did this she started speaking to me.

Mom:"Fuyu, I want you take these and run as fast as you can and don't stop until you make it to the next village over. When you get there show this to the shinobi standing at the gates and they will take you to the Kage. Once you get to the kage's office I want you to give this to them and tell them that we need help." she said as she gave me a scroll along with the daggers. I put it all into my bag that I was carrying on me and nodded with tears streaming down my face.

Me:"Okay momma." I said after putting the daggers and scroll away.

Mom:"Don't forget that me and papa will always love you my little snowflake, and stay safe, now go, hurry!" she said after giving one last hug and kiss on my forehead before shoving me in the opposite direction of the person that was surprisingly just watching us instead of attacking right away. I started crying harder.

Me:"I love you too momma." I said before breaking into a sprint and following my mother's directions.

Little did I know that would be the last time I saw her and father ever again.~

~Flashback Over~

I woke sweating and panting that was six years ago. I was five years old back then and I am currently twelve years old now and I was camping in the forest. The reason being that I was on the run from the shinobi that were being sent after me to take me back to the foster homes. I was currently on my way to the Village Hidden in the Leaves to see if I could find a place to stay for a day or two before leaving to the next village after it. I heard a rustling sound behind me and got into a defensive position. I stayed like that until I saw what was in the bushes. It was my pet fox and companion, Shiro. I sighed a breath of relief.

Me:"Mou, Shiro you scared me. I thought you one of the shinobi that are after me." I said while huffing.

Shiro:"Gomene, Fuyu. I did not mean to do so." Did I forget to mention that he can talk to me telepathically? Well he can.(Author: Sassy much Fuyu? Fyuy: what can I say. It's how you made me to be. Author:DONT BREAK THE FOUTH WALL FOR FUCK'S SAKE FUYU! Fuyu: I will break it as much as I want and you can't do a damn thing about it 😎 Anyway back to the story) Shiro layed down on the ground helping me once in a while to pack everything back up to head to Konoha. When we got everything together we started on our way there.

Here is the first chapter/prolouge for the story. Sorry it took so long to get published. I didn't have any ideas for this chapter until I listened to Legends Never Die and boy did that song inspire me. Anyway I might have chapter 2 out today as well if not then sometime tomorrow so til next time
