Chapter 6: Meeting the Team and Bell Test Part 1

Third Person POV

After Kakashi told everyone to meet him on the roof he shunshin'd. Sakura and Naruto started running to make it there while Sasuke walked. Fuyu decided to go out the window and scale the side of the building while Shiro went ahead of Naruto and Sakura. By the time Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto got to the roof, Fuyu was laying his head on Shiro while Shiro was laying on the floor and Kakashi was reading an orange book while leaning against the fencing around the roof.

Sakura:*points at Fuyu*"HOW DID YOU GET HERE BEFORE US?!"

Fuyu:"I walked up the side of the school from the classroom window."

Sakura:"How do you 'walk' up the side of a building?!"

Fuyu:"I just focused my chakra into my feet and started walking up the side. It's not that hard once you get the hang of controlling your chakra."

Kakashi:"Well now that we're all here we can start by introducing ourselves. "
Sakura:"How do we do that sensei?"

Kakashi:"Start with your name, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and dreams for the future."

Fuyu:"Why dont you go first sensei seeing as your the oldest?"

Kakashi:"I'm not that old snowflake. Anyways, My name is Kakashi Hatake, I have many likes and dislikes that I don't feel like sharing, my hobbies I won't tell either, and dreams for the future? Don't feel like saying that one as well."

Sakura, Naruto, Fuyu, and even Sasuke all sweatdrop at the man's introduction.

Sakura:"All we got from that was his name."

Naruto:"Yeah."

Kakashi:"Anyways, let's start with you blondie."

Naruto:"My name is Naruto Uzumaki. I like ramen and Fuyu, I hate the three minutes you have to wait when cooking ramen, my hobbies are pranking and spending time with Fuyu and Shiro, and my dream for the future is to become Hokage so everyone will have to acknowledge me."

Kakashi:"Alright, pinkie next."

Sakura:"My name is Sakura Haruno. What I like- I mean the person I like *looks at Sasuke and giggles*, my hobbies are *looks at Sasuke and giggles again*, and my dream is *looks at Sasuke and squeals*."

Sasuke:*moves away from the pink banshee and ends up next to Fuyu*

Kakashi:"And your dislikes?"

Sakura:"INO-PIG AND NARUTO-BAKA!!"

Naruto:*cries*

Kakashi:"Alright, next is you snowflake."

Fuyu:"Don't call me snowflake. My name is Fuyu Kitsune, I like Shiro, Naruto, training, drawing, cooking, relaxing, and taking naps, I have very few dislikes, my hobbies include drawing, training, and cooking, and my dream is to find a family I can call my own."

Kakashi:"Now duckass."

Sasuke:"hn. Sasuke Uchiha, I don't like anything except one person, I dislike everything else, my hobbies include training, and my dream isn't a dream but a goal to kill a certain someone and restore my clan."

Kakashi:"Okay, now that everyone has been introduced to each other then I can tell you all that you'll be having a test tomorrow morning!"

Naruto:"WHAT! WHY! I thought we already passed the test! Why do we need to take another one!?"

Fuyu:"Maybe because that test was to weed out those who have no actual chance at becoming real genin? It'd make sense seeing as how not EVERYONE can hope to become a ninja."

Kakashi:"Actually, yes, you're right snow white (Fuyu:"HEY!"). Out of all the tests that have been held each year the rate for passing the actual Benin test is usually no more that 35% out of the 100+ students that attend the academy."

Sakura and Naruto:"35%!?"

Fuyu:*thinking*'35 isn't a lot. Especially when there's 100+students to be factored in. I just hope I'll pass. The last thing I wanna do is fail when I'm so close to becoming an actual ninja instead of a "fake".'

Kakashi:"Well, you all had better head home. We'll (read: you'll) be waking up early tomorrow morning and meeting up at training ground 7 for the test."*gets ready to leave*"Oh! And dont eat breakfast or you'll puke. Bye~!"*shunshines away*

Fuyu's POV

After Kakashi-sensei left, everyone went to their homes including me and Shiro. When we got home we trained for a bit then had dinner. After we ate I took a shower and got ready for bed like sensei said and fell asleep with shiro laying next to me.

The next morning I woke up to Shiro licking the side of my face as my alarm went off. I got up and took a shower before getting dressed and headed to my kitchen to make breakfast for me and fed Shiro. I know sensei said to not eat breakfast but it'd be stupid to not have any strength from not eating. I also made to pack a small bag filled with water and lunch for me and Shiro. I have a feeling that the others may have listened to what sensei said so made sure to pack 3 other ones just in case. After I had everything I grabbed my house key and, as usual, I locked up my apartment and headed off to the training ground for the test. As we were walking, I decided to ask Shiro something.

Me:"Hey Shiro?"

Shiro:"Yes Fuyu?"

Me:"What do you think will happen now seeing as we've finally settled down somewhere?"

Shiro:"It's hard to tell. What I do know is that we can definitely find people to call "family" while we're here. I also know that you've been a lot happier since we got here. Especially since you started talking and hanging out with Naruto."

Me:"Really? I hadn't noticed. I guess there's just something about him that can't help but make you smile."

Shiro:"Oh? I think I can see the training ground off in the distance."

Me:"Guess we should head over and meet up with the others, right?"

Shiro:"That would probably be the best thing to do right now."

Me:"Alright. Let's head over and see if everyone is there or not."
