Jennie's POV

The school week went fast. Lisa was in many of the same classes as I was, so we got to spend a lot of time together. I do not know why, but I feel like Chae does not really enjoy the company of Lisa, or at least not if we are not the four of us.  She has acted weirdly anyways. What was the conversation between her and Jisoo?

"Jennie-ah... wait! " - I hear someone exclaim behind me.

I turn my head and see Lisa jogging towards me. She is holding a lot of books on her arms and they look heavy. When she reaches me, I grab three books from her.

"I can help." - I give her a laugh.

"Thank you. The pile was heavy." - she laughs.

"Why do you need this many? " - I ask.

"It's for a project." - she replies and we continue walking.

The clock is already half past four, so classes are over. That is good. I am very tired. We walk side by side. I do not know where we are heading to. Before Lisa came, I guess I was going to my dorm, but I want to be with Lisa now.

"Where do you wanna go?" - I ask.

"Hmmm... would you like to buy ice creams and sit on the grass in front the university? " - Lisa suggests.

"Sounds nice! " - I respond.

There is an ice cream van on the other side of street from our university, so getting ice creams is easy. The line is not very long, luckily, so we get to order pretty fast. I take a vanilla ice cream and Lisa takes a chocolate ice cream. We walk back to the university and sit down on the grass. There is quite a few people too, but not too many. 

We sit opposite of each other, so I can easily watch Lisa. We start talking about everything, and for the first time in a long time, I feel truly happy to be here right now. I have no idea what Lisa is thinking, but she looks so cute sitting here.

After a time, we finish our ice creams and then decide to go to dorms. I still carry Lisa's three books, which she is thankful for. The journey is quick and soon we are in front of her dorm room. As we walk in, Jisoo comes to us. She looks very excited.

"Ah FINALLY you are here. I have something to tell you!!" - she says enthusiastically.

"Yes?" - me and Lisa ask at the same time.

"I am going to go to Japan for a month! My parents called me and said how I need to do something there that will help my studies. Chae Young will come too, since she has the same studies." - she cheers.

"I am so happy for you Chichu!!" - I shout happily. Lisa nods her head. Jisoo hugs us tightly.

"Ugh we need to leave you two here, but you will be fine right?" - Jisoo hesitates.

"We are going to be fine." - Lisa promises looking at me. I smile.

"We'll leave tomorrow, so sorry for telling this late." - Jisoo apologises.

"It's alright." - I reply and then me with Lisa go to the living room. 

I do not know why, but the thought of being alone with Lisa for a month without Chae and Chu, gives butterflies to my stomach. We live in different dorms, but I believe we are going to become very close with each other. I want to know more about Lisa. She seems very interesting person. I hope she feels the same way.

The evening goes by hanging with the four of us before Chae and Chu leave. I will miss them, a to, but I know how good this opportunity is for them. We eat, plat games and just talk. I feel there is not that much tension between Chae and Lisa now, which is good. It is the last night for a while. Close to midnight me and Chae return our dorm.

"Jennie, will you promise me something?" - Chae asks when we are alone.

"What? " - I respond.

"Always listen to your heart." - she says.

"I will. You too! " - I answer and then we hug. We have been friends forever, and now something is ending for a time, at least it feels like it. Chae looks me in the eyes and gives a smile. I smile back. I am so lucky to have this kind of people in my life.
