Hi my name is Sam Wurtzwood. I have a disease that is pretty much incurable, Erythropoietic Protoporphyria or a person who's allergic of sunlight.
I know it's horrible, i had to stay indoors till the sun sets. I actually just wanna die in this situation. Suffering for almost 16 years...
Oh and I'm turning 16 this April 10, which is tomorrow...
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEE! Ugh..."
Right now I'm reading my favorite book again, yes again I've read this like 3 times already HAHAHA. It is titled Reincarnation of a Upside Down Story Book.
*door opens*
"Hey kiddo, doing alright?"
That's my mom, she's always worried about me! I mean it's a good thing, but sometimes a girl just needs space... know what i mean?
"Come breakfast is ready. I made your favorite, corned beef pandesal"
"Thanks mom!"
She's the best! Even though I can't do what ordinary teens do, she still tries her best to
make it less boring here in this dimmed house.
*doorbell*
"That's him! Yiee!"
Ran down the stairs and grabbed mom. Mom opened the door, cause i can't HAHAHA
That's my BFF since like forever! He's been with me 24/7. During my sick old days he's always there... ALWAYS!
"Hey Sam, doin alright?"
"Why is that everyone's 1st sentence for me?!"
"I don't know, so~ IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!"
"Yey... not exited"
I mean who wants her 16th birthday in a very dark same old house? Well not me!
"Mom can i go out tonight?"
"Yeah sure but be back an hour before the sun comes up okay!"
I told you my mom's the best! I didn't know what to wear so i let Dillan pick my dress.
"This one!"
"Oh no that's to sexy for me"
"Then why do you have it?"
I didn't know what to say so... I grabbed it and I dressed myself with this sexy black dress, filled with sequence and gems. Wore high heeled boots and accessories!
"Are you sure with this Dillan?!"
"Perfect!"
"Yeah yeah let's go"
Went down the stairs and was ready to go!
"My baby is all grown up" said with teary eyes
"Thanks mom! Come Dillan!" was embarrassed...
"Coming! Thanks Mrs. Wurtzwood"
Mom showed us out and got into Dillan's black and also dimmed car. Yes he did that for me, he's such a very sweet BFF!
I maybe happy on the outside, but i am really miserable and depressing on the inside. That's why we're going to a bar to change that!
So today we're going to party until the clock strikes at 12! And cross my BIRTHDAY! No mom to worry about me, no sun to worry about, nothing to worry about! well except for my BFF who's a little bit protective.
*partied till 12*
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!" I screamed.
*hours later*
I got drunk and passed out! I was so delusional, I don't even remember what happened last night. I asked Dillan, who is also wasted.
"what time is it..."
"It's 5:37" still yawning.
"Ow... WHAT?! Dillan you have to take me home NOW!"
Me and Dillan rushed to his car, I didn't even have shoes on and didn't care about it and he didn't even noticed he doesn't have a shirt on!
We're panicking! I don't know what to do, The sun was rising fast and had a thousand miss calls from mom.
*mom called*
"Sam where are you?!"
"Mom! I'm so sorry! We're almost the-!"
I haven't even finished my sentence, the car crashed. I wasn't unconscious but Dillan was! so i screamed for help!
"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP US!"
My energy was goin downhill fast, I couldn't even talk anymore. Luckily, someone saw us and called 911, but the sun was still rising fast. My vision was starting to go to a blur. I remembered, told myself i wanted to die... but at this moment, i wanted to live.
The ambulance arrived and so as the sun.
I felt the heat go through my skin. It burns! It hurts! And that i know i was dying. I ran out of hope... but then i hear my mom calling out to me.
"SAM! SAM! SAAAAAMM!"
As she says my name again and again, it becomes louder and louder. Until i woke up!
I woke up in this gorgeous room fit for a royal!
"Where am i? Where am i?! I thought i was dead! I'm tired... so please! Make it stop already!"
